Tony arrived on schedule. Started from the basement and moved to the second floor. Reviewing taps,toilets,water tank and baths. Excellent knowledge and professionalism all the way through the inspection. Suggested what to be done if required. No pressure or cost.

Kevin and Kevin arrived within the time frame provided by Bosco's telephone coordinator and performed the annual tune-up service on the C/C unit in a professional and thorough manner. While here, I had the technicians replace a faulty solenoid on the humidifier and install a new humidifier filter media so that we would be prepared for next winter's heating season. In addition, the annual parts and service contract was renewed with Bosco Home Services.

We have the Platinum Plan for home maintenance service. KEVIN and KEVIN came today and did a wonderful job. Respectful, efficient, informative, polite, careful of our home and ON TIME ! And they liked our dog and he liked them. What more could a homeowner ask.!! Costs incurred were for items that were recommended as a result of the inspections done. We will definitelt continue our relationship with Bosco.

We called Bosco because we were having a sewage smell in our basement. A technician arrived at the scheduled time and snaked the line. However, we were surprised when he told us he couldn't use a camera at that time, as a separate appointment needed to be made to diagnose the problem. This was a problem because the camera appointment was booked a week later. When we contacted Bosco to say we weren't happy with that, they immediately made it right and sent Matt and Paul to scope the pipe and diagnose the problem. We were impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Matt and Paul - they were great to deal with and accurately diagnosed the problem. Wade came to excavate the pipe and install and backwater valve. Wade and his partner were also great - very knowledgeable and extremely nice, and answered all of our questions. Our only comment was that there seemed to be a breakdown in communication as Wade wasn't entirely sure what work needed to be done, which left us in a position to explain what Matt had told us. Otherwise, we were very happy with Bosco - most importantly, they were very knowledgeable and very professional.

I was recommended Bosco Home Services by a neighbour. I can't say enough good things about the quality of work provided by Brandon and Quinn who spent much of the day on a major project replacing the stack in the basement. When the work was completed the area was left spotless. I wouldn't hesitate to use Bosco again, I highly recommend the company to anyone who is in need of a plumber. Ask for Brandon, his knowledge and workmanship is outstanding.

Bosco has very friendly, prompt service and my kitchen drain was cleared satisfactorily. My issue was that the pricing they discuss in their ads and online is not very clear. The service manager contacted me and addressed the issue, which I appreciate very much. The fact that they would take the time to follow up shows me that they care about keeping their customers happy.

Joe came to do a furnace maintenance and unfortunately shut down my furnace due to a safety issue. He was professional and patient and explained all his reasons and all our options. We did end up using Bosco for a new furnace and a/c. I got some quick advice on costs and the price was competitive. Chris and Eric installed the furnace and A/C. Again, on time, and professional. The furnace install was extremely clean and looks much better than the furnace they replaced. Chris took the time to replace all that he could and make it neat. They left the house clean. This is the second time I have used Bosco (the first was for a furnace maintenance 2 years ago). I would recommend them again.

Brandon was great in assisting us - he went out of his way to get us the parts to get our situation fixed - arrived at 7 pm and didn't leave until the work was done!

We were very happy with the service starting with Heather and Sabrina who took many of my calls. Michael Roach did the installation and he was very personable. Overall the staff were helpful patient and professional. ROBYN. F.

Recently Bosco Home Services installed a new Amana furnace and A/C unit in our home. Chris and Erich arrived on schedule, and completed the installation in a very professional manner. They were respectful of our home and left the work site clean. We have dealt with Bosco before and have found their employees and all work done to be first rate.
