Removal and replacement of sewer lines in a previously finished basement. The crew worked quickly, expertly and courteously to locate and resolve the issue causing the backup of sewer water. Excellent work in a short space of time.

Very expensive .. but I couldn't wait for a more reasonable rate. They left my bathroom dirty and wet.

Bosco home services seem to be a company that dispatches independent plumbers to you when needed. I called them because of the $99 fee advertised on their website for clogged toilet repair. They said the price might be higher if the job requires significant work, and to me that's perfectly reasonable. When the plumber arrived, the estimate immediately jumped to $550. And then another option, which would cost $250 was presented (that's what they want to sell from the beginning, the higher estimate is just a sales tactic). Sure, let's go with $250 option. Result? Well it seems like its a building problem and they cant do anything about it. Problem is not solved at the end of the day. Oh and the price is now $250+99 as there is a $99 "dispatch fee" attached. I called the office to talk to someone to reason, and no one is returning my calls for 2 business days. My advice is to go with a smaller, local plumber who's interest is to help customers.

Routine Plumbing and furnace inspection under service contract. Certain work costing g up to $4,000 was recommended. We have not made a decision about it yet.

Partial collapse of the sanitary drain just outside the foundation wall. Exterior spot excavation (by hand) and basement floor breakout and excavation. The work was done efficiently and with courtesy. With all the excavation inside and out, the interior of the house was left nearly spotless!!
