Nothing was fixed- the claimed to have dusconnect water to leaking dishwasher but that was not done. The said hvac person would call and the gave not.

The inspector was prompt, courteous, and professional. He provided good advice and service, and answered all my questions.

I called Bosco Home Services because I was having trouble with my gas fireplace. They did a great job getting it up and running again. The technician was knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I thought the price was very fair. I’d recommend Bosco to anyone.

Leaking shower led to water having to be shut off when house was full with out of town guests. Jared was professional personable and explained problem and solutions well.

Tech claimed my boiler was emitting carbon monoxide after he replaced the gas valve and that I needed a new unit entirely. 20 minutes later sales team were in my house. High pressure tactics, scummy questions like "how much do I think something like this should cost", asking me what I do for a living (I live in a nice neighborhood). I recorded the entire conversation, really slimy stuff. They ball parked me $10,000 and they could install right away. I told them I refused to sign anything until I had a second opinion from my company industrial HVAC guy who I trust. He showed up next day, said that their claim I needed a new boiler was crap. He spent two hours cleaning the heat exchange and vacuuming the chute which was 90% plugged. Problem solved. Avoid this company.

A very professional company. Called yesterday to book an appointment to have a toilet removed and a new one installed. Jared, the plumber, arrived today, as scheduled. We were very impressed with his service - he was respectful, knowledgeable and very efficient. Not a moment wasted. A job very well done! Came in to fix drainage problem. Did not fix it. Broke shut off valve behind the toilet leaking water for 3 days into the basement. Broke seal on the stack for the upstairs bathroom leaking raw sewage into the basement. After making major issues avoided my calls. Zero interest in making things right. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Cancelled appointments on the same service day 3 times in a roll to a gold member. Should be more customer-focused. Technicians always create more jobs than what was agreed. call center doesn’t provide any other solution than rescheduling, but the same story repeats next time. Very disappointed and will definitely switch to a more reliable service providers.

If you're looking for respectful and reliable workmanship, look no further. In short, they were always on time, did what they said they were going to do, did a supper clean job (remove and installation) with minimal mess. They even cleaned up the whole work area. When the city inspector showed up, the first thing he said was "wow". These guys worked extremely hard yet and delivered a bang-up well-done job. In addition, they answered all my questions. I'm a hand-on person who like to tinker with tools every now and then, so I had questions and they had answers. Well, so does everyone else but it's not what they said but how they said it. It was certainly clear to them that that I knew next to nothing about plumbing. The made sure I understood their answers. What a great pair. BOSCO, treat them well, they deserve it... Steeve K.
