    Mold removal

    Robert and all those who work with him are unbelievably professional. Robert came immediately when we needed him and followed up with a written quote (so many others don’t follow through at all) and his team did the job and full clean up in half a day or so and 100% feel confident in their work. We would hire them for anything again. They also give you a clearance letter. In a bad situation, you want someone you can trust and actually enjoy working with!

    Asbestos removal

    I am a contractor and this is the third time I have used this company. Each time they were prompt, did their work and left the work area very clean.

    Asbestos sampling and analysis of floor tiles

    Robert from Templar was excellent. He really helped us out at the last minute... he came out on the day of New Year's Eve to take the sample then drove the sample (actually 5 samples for the one cost) to the lab so that we could have our results as quickly as possible. We had turned the furnace off in case there was asbestos. There was no asbestos. We have now discovered ANOTHER layer of tile underneath the first 4 layers. Robert has taken another sample - I have a bad feeling that it will be asbestos. If that's the case I have no doubt that Robert will take care of the removal with the same speed and professionalism as he has taken with the sampling. The cost has been very reasonable... well worth it. And great peace of mind.

    Floor removal

    They were outstanding. Thorough. Kind. Helpful. Clean. Patient. A great experience. I was very pleased with the level of safety. This was very important to me.

    Asbestos Analysis and Testing

    Robert came to our home to review and test some stucco ceilings for asbestos. He ended up also providing us with some tips for finished areas of the home since he knew we were considering other renovations. He is very professional but most importantly easy to talk to. He even came back, at no charge, to look at something I forgot to show him in his original visit. I called multiple places. Not only was he one of the most knowledgeable people about asbestos but his price is the best for what you are getting out there. I would definitely recommend Templar to anyone who has concerns about asbestos. Thank you Robert.

    Asbestos removal for boiler pipes

    Templar is great. They came to clean up after another company that did a poor job. Came to quote promptly, had a very reasonable price and did the work properly and provided certificates properly.

    Asbestos removal

    Asbestos abatement - viynl tiles

    I hire Templar to remove the vinyl flooring from my basement because it tested positive for asbestos. I was very happy with the whole experience from the time I contacted Robert to removal and follow up with the lab air sample analysis. They were very professional, in time, efficient and neat. Highly recommended.

    Asbestos Removal

    We are a General Contract who sub contracted Templar to do an asbestos removal in a clients home. They were prompt, professional, reasonable and tidy. We will be calling them in the future for other clients homes.
