    Popcorn Ceiling Asbestos Test

    Robert was able to get a very quick test to see if we had asbestos in our popcorn ceiling. He was prompt and courteous and had our results in a couple days. the whole process from initial phone call to our test results was less than a week. Very great service.

    removing asbestos tiles

    Very happy with the service provided to remove floor tiles containing asbestos from my basement. Fair price, very quick to respond and attend. Removal process was done safely and cleanly, especially considering the current situation with covid-19. Thanks for the quick response and work, I would definitely recommend their services.

    Knowledgeable, prompt, professional, courteous, reliable!

    Robert was the only company that responded to my request for asbestos tile removal. He called me right away, arrived promptly for our appointment, gave me no-nonsense, straight-up advice on what needed to be done, and the job was scheduled and completed in a very short period of time. Dave, the lead technician and his crew finished the task within a couple of hours! Industrial fans dried my basement and filtered out any minute particulate matter to enable a safe work environment for the renovators. The basement was immaculate and clean. I highly recommend this company!!

    Closet mould

    Robert and his team at Templar did a great service to me and my family. They came and inspected the job the next day and a promptly schedule a service that same week to handle my mould issue. Job was clean and each person I interacted with was very professional. Very happy with the service and with a baby due this month our family is happy as well.

    removal of mould in 2 bathrooms, dining room ceiling

    They responded very quickly They were very professional They assessed the damage They kept us informed every step of the way They provided photos of the work throughout the project The clients were very pleased The completed project was exceptional Would definitely recommend this company again Have kept them on our list of "Go To" professionals I personally would have them do work for me personally as well A definite 10 out of 10 company

    Honest, Friendly, Attic Mould Inspection

    Robert was very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. He checked our attic spaces for mould and informed me of other ways to keep our home mould free. I couldn't be more thankful and happier about their service.

    Asbestos Heat panel removal

    Templar was awesome. Robert was very responsive and easy to work with. He came over to inspect the situation, explained the solution in detail, provided a quote, and the work was completed two days later. David, who did the work, was very polite and genuinely cared about his job. He removed about 8 square feet of asbestos heat shield from an awkward spot above some pipes. Everything was done in under three hours including an extended ventilation and thorough cleanup. Great company, highly recommended.

    Asbestos Removal

    The team at Templar did a fantastic job in removing the asbestos from my home. They were on time and highly professional. They did a great job. I would highly recommend this company.

    Basement Mold Removal

    We hired Templar last month to remove approx. 350sq.ft of sub flooring in our basement. Dave came out early on a Saturday morning to estimate the job and answer ALL my questions. Within a day and a half the moldy plywood sub floor and some vinyl (possible asbestos) tiles were disposed of. The team of 3, under Dave's guidance were extremely professional, sealing off doorways and safely/cleanly removed the wood and tiles. No damage was done to walls, ceilings or the ceiling. Several days later we received a certificate indicating our basement was asbestos free. Thanks for a great job.
