My name is Sula Kogan and I have used Firemen Movers half a dozen times now for various moving needs, from small items like office storage to moving my whole house! I don’t even know where to start since they are like no other moving company out there. I am in the business of building custom homes and I have met and worked with a lot of moving companies over the years, I have seen my clients and myself suffer with difficult moves because the movers were simply not professionals. Fireman movers, are like a dream come true, they are efficient, honest, hardworking and you feel like they care about your stuff and doing a good job. This is the way it should be of course, but the fact is no other moving company has ever been able to do that much for me. So now there is no question for me when I need a move big or small I trust only Fireman movers. All my clients are using them and have been so impressed with the results! For the quality and pricing there is simply no one else out there that can compare to Fireman Movers. Thank you for your amazing work and for finally making life easier in the department of moving! We moved from a 1 bedroom + den condo to a semi-detached house in downtown Toronto. It was our first time hiring a moving company. We decided to go with Firemen Movers because of the reviews online and the fact that some of the proceeds go to Sick Kids. They were prompt with their email replies and the questions I had. The 3 movers came on time, very professional and courteous. They were very efficient with their time - those boxes moved so quickly but safely! They informed us when something broke - a couple of our cheap Ikea photo frames - which we knew would happen if even one of our friends moved them. Other than that, everything was protected very well and they were very good with all our stuff. The wardrobe boxes they provided were so useful! They came to the new house in record time even after having a short lunch break. They were very patient and moved a few furniture items around after we changed our minds about where to place them. They complimented us on our organizational skills, we had labeled every box with which room to go into and the items inside. I think this helped the move go quickly as well. When we paid the final bill, for a millisecond, we thought it was a bit outside our budget - it was more than the estimate - but considering I was 7 months pregnant, it was the best decision we made! It was the most smooth moving day ever and we've moved many times before with friends and family. I barely lifted a finger - besides pointing to where boxes should go. 100% recommend them to anyone!

We recently moved our family of 5 and our 4 bedroom house to another city. I was very nervous about hiring movers because of all the horror stories I have heard. I interviewed a few companies and thier online reviews were terrible. I came to Homestars, read the reviews for Firemen Movers and called them up. Lorne came to our house that day, provided us with a reasonable and professional quote. I knew that our stuff would be in good hands. When it came to moving day, the guys (and 2 trucks as promised) arrived on-time, and ready to work. They were extremely professional, well prepared and excellent! We did our move over 2 days and they actually did it in less time than was quoted therefore our moving costs were less than anticipated. We could not have been more pleased with the service we received from the Firemen! I would recommend these guys to ANYONE! If you are moving in the GTA don't use anyone else.

After several moves over the years, I have never been impressed by any moving company until now. Firemen Movers showed up on time, did a great job, and didn't damage anything. They have all the equipment to do the job properly: wardrobes, straps, floor runners, carts and dollies. Being a firefighter myself, I knew they could be trusted and take care of my belongings. Great job guys!

Anyone considering moving themselves..think again - you are not as young as you think you are. Hire this company. Courteous, friendly and handy in case of a fire! Seriously! They not only handled the job, but took apart and reassembled complicated bedframes and other furniture. And gave us a gift - fire safty tips and new smoke alarm - nice touch. Hard working, honest and fantastic customer service.

We hired Firemen Movers to assist us in moving a truck full of furniture from our home to our cottage. Firemen Movers were very professional and thorough, from the initial telephone conversations discussing the move until they pulled away from our cottage in their empty truck. They were very careful with all of our belongings. Red carpet runners were used to protect our hardwood floors and carpets and furniture was wrapped in cellophane and/or moving blankets. They were on time and very nice to deal with. To top it off, when the move was complete they handed us a brand new smoke detector and a package of literature on home fire safety. We will definitely recommend Firemen Movers to friends and family for their next move.

Professional, friendly and safe are the best ways to describe Firemen Movers. I was very pleased with the way in which my move was organised and carried through; at no time was I concerned about carelessness or damages occuring to my belongings. Nothing was rushed, yet everything was completed within a very acceptable timeframe. I highly recommend Firemen Movers!

I was extrmemely pleased with the service that I received from Firemen Movers. There was two parts to my move and both moves were perfect. I will recommend Firemen Movers to anyone that I know that is moving. They go above and beyond to make the moving experience stress free.

We have had many moving experiences in the past 10 years. This one was absolutely the best. Not only was the team friendly, courteous and professional. They made the move stress free because they were extremely careful with our furniture and our homes.

What can I add that everyone else who has dealt with Firemen Movers hasn’t already said. From the first contact for inquiries to the completion of the move, all was done in a courteous and respectful demeanour, a very rare occurrence in these days but much appreciated. Although the move was only from one apartment to another apartment in the same building, just a different floor, I had estimated the time involved would be at least 5 hours. What a pleasant surprise when Lorne and Tom completed the move in 3 hours. Thank you both very much. We will definitely be recommending your service to all of our friends and work-place co-workers.
