Three of your finest arrived to pack and move my elderly aunts from their apartment, where they had lived for 28 years. We cannot say enough about the superb service from Firemen Movers on moving day. They arrived on time, were very courteous, did an excellent job of packing and never seemed to waste a minute despite working in very hot conditions. As both of my aunts are in their mid-nineties, they simply sat and watched these excellent individuals do their job, only moving when finally their chairs were loaded onto the truck! Arrival and unloading at their new apartment was again a display of courteousness and efficiency What an excellent team of individuals were Matt, Matt and Gary. If they are representative of the enire team, then your competition had better watch their backs! Thank you for making a potentially stressful relocation into a pleasurable experience. We will surely recommend your excellent firm to anyone seeking only the very best moving company.

I want to let everyone know what an excellent job Firemen Movers did on Tuesday. They were professional, organized, punctual and courteous. They worked hard to complete the job quickly despite the tough conditions. I appreciate their efforts, sense of humour and strength required to climb all those stairs. They took care of my furniture and noticed a piece missing from my headboard from previous movers and took the time to show me and fix it for me. I will be using Firemen Movers again and have already recommended them to all of my friends. I cannot give the men enough praise. I also have to thank the company for making sure there were enough guys on the job. They cared enough about their crew to schedule appropriately to get the job done safely. Well done!

I’m sorry that it’s taken us three weeks to post the testimonial about our moving day (August 24). Unfortunately, our internet provider wasn’t quite as efficient at getting us connected as Firemen Movers were in getting us moved into our new place!!I read it here but didn’t believe it: the knock at the door at 20 minutes to 9 (for our scheduled 9 o’clock start time) was of course Matt, Zack, and Dave, ready to get started on the big day! These guys were courteous, motivated, and unbelievably fit. At one point, Dave came around the corner with our four winter tires (I carry one at the time). Their efforts helped us to get settled in our house by 6 p.m. Pretty excellent considering that we had a second stop at the storage locker. It didn’t hurt that Matt was an expert at driving the moving truck. My suspicions were correct: he drives the fire truck as well! If someone had told us that moving day could actually be fun, I don’t think that we would have believed it! We have told at least a dozen people about our experience with the company. We can’t wait to see the new red trucks on the road! Thanks again for a great day!

I just wanted to leave a short message about my experience with Firemen movers. I was in uniform for 5 years with the US Air Force and I have moved 12 times since 1996. I have moved myself and I have had professional movers move me as well. Given my experiences, I have to say that my last move with Firemen Movers was the best – BAR NONE. Not that other companies didn’t have qualified people, they did, but the problem was that there were always regular movers (employees of the company) and then they would pick up day laborers to help. These were often people that had major problems securing and maintaining regular work. Not that some day laborers are not fine, but we had people showing up smelling of alcohol, or other problems. Firemen movers didn’t use day-labor. The guys were courteous, prompt, careful and experienced. We had a great move and nothing was broken or missing, which has always happened on other moves. They were great. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I just wanted to say a heart felt thank you for the smooth efficient move provided by Fireman Movers. The outstanding customer service started in the office and was continued by the guys.Paul, Zack and Andrew were professional, caring, friendly and efficient and on time. Before I met them I would have never believed guys could tote so much up and down so many flights of stairs and remain downright cheerful! (3 flights at the pick up and 5 at the destination) I highly recommend your company to everyone I know. The service was outstanding and worth every penny. My thanks to you all you made this the best move day I’ve ever had!

As a single parent, I was very anxious and stressed out about moving my family. Firemen Movers relieved my stress and worries from my very fist contact with them. Not only was their customer service outstanding, everyone I spoke with was courteous and professional. The crew was efficient, on time and pleasant. The entire experience far exceeded my expectations and I have recommended them to everyone I know.

Moving is difficult at the best of times but when you are moving your father's belongings and he passes away the day of the move......you need a professional team to take control. This crew was amazing and extremely sensitive. They liaised with the superintendant and the retirement home at both places and then again at storage unit. Thank-you for the special attention to his personal belongings and making a terrible day a little bit better.

Our move far from simple. Get a large object (ping-pong table) out of a basement in Toronto, drive to our father's cottage (who has just past away) and collect LARGE tools and machinery (things that dont fit in boxes - LOL)- jigsaws, etc, and then come to our summer home in Haliburton and pick up an entire apartment's worth of furniture to be moved to our new place (all in 24 hours).... In all our moves, from Asia to Ottawa, we have never had the curteousness and professionalism that FIREMEN MOVERS gave us....and let's not forget that they were the hardest working men we have yet to see. THE ICING ON THE CAKE - in our final stage of the move - when a 9 foot teak cabinet doesn't fit in the kitchen by 1/4 of an inch - and in a small condo this matters - and I am about to give in - one of our FIREMEN - sugested moving some pieces around (LARGE TEAK HEAVY PIECES that they had already put into place) and saved the day...... ALL I CAN SAY IS - Great moving and decorating advice??? Firemen Movers moved us like it was their own new home....... 10/10
