This company gets full marks for quality of work and customer care. Their entire team provided excellent customer service throughout the restoration process. They provided me with timely updates on the status of the job and answered all of my questions. I am comp[lately satisfied with the service they gave me.

TMC Restoration deserves a lot of credit for keeping their promises. Our furniture was completed and delivered on time AND at the price that was agreed to. This simple expectation is often not met when dealing with other companies but TMC believes in sticking to their word and I appreciate their commitment to traditional customer service values. Their staff is knowledgeable and capable and I would not hesitate to have them restore more of our furniture in the future.

We really like this little chair and TMC did such a great job bringing it back to life for us. Even though the job was small, everyone at TMC treated us like very important customers. Thanks TMC.

Impressed with TMC's customer service overall. Everyone was pleasant and helpful and we could tell that they knew what they were doing. Decent price and the chair was returned ON TIME which is very important to me. No complaints.

We really didn't want to dispose of this suite which we have owned for many years. TMC picked the furniture up and returned it in excellent "brand new" condition. The suite will now serve us for many years to come! The service we received was very good in general and now that it's complete we are so glad we decided to got the reupholstery route. Thanks TMC.

We are pleased with our sofa. We asked for firm cushions and received them. Upholstery fabric was good quality as was the workmanship. We requested a delivery date before Christmas and it was delivered on Dec 20. Delivery men were excellent..they even moved a sofa from another part of the house for us so we would have something to sit on to watch t.v. Much appreciated.

My husband and I expected this to be a fairly involved project. I'm thankful to TMC for calling me with status updates and to ask for my input instead of going ahead with what they thought would be best. I was so surprised when my furniture was returned earlier than expected! The men who picked up and delivered these pieces were very careful and professional. I couldn't ask for more.

I had an old icebox (Brantford), purchased at auction, and a trunk that my parents had used to move to BC. TMC restored them and they are GORGEOUS - a perfect job! THANK YOU!!!

The job TMC did for me was fairly simple, reupholstering 2 love seats, compared to the complex work they are capable of in terms of restoring antique furniture.However what I liked was that they were open to negotiating price point so I could stay within my budget,they offered high quality materials,sales and service perxonel were unfailingly friendly, work was finished and delivered before deadline and they checked with me at all stages when a decision needed to be made on how to proceed with remodeling changes.I was very satisfied with the final results.This was an excellent long term investment as my home is small and I must choose furniture carefully for fit.

I highly recommend TMC Restoration! Their staff are knowledgeable, respectful and truly dedicated to providing quality service and workmanship. Although the restoration did take some time, I appreciate the care that went into restoring my two chairs. The restoration was all done by hand. Great job TMC!
