I've never worked with a company like this before. They were to reupholster three pieces of furniture for me. It took a very long time - months- and when I finally saw the pieces they were not correct. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We were impressed with the level of service we received from TMC Restoration. This pantry cabinet is very special to us and we are so happy to see it in such great shape again. This was a wise investment. The staff at TMC were efficient and courteous. No complaints.

The Estimator was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. It was a bit of a high pressure sales pitch. I did not like that aspect but I am able to deal with high pressure sales people. The job was completed on time and on budget. The furniture looks great and I'm glad I chose to restore opposed to buying new. TMC Restoration is a reputable company and I would ask them to come out to estimate on my furniture again. The 4 pieces we had redone actually look BETTER then I thought they would. I am very VERY happy with the results and worth every penny. It was expensive but no regrets - already thinking about next pieces to do.

When we let our chairs go, we weren't sure when they would be coming back to us - but we are so pleased with the result. We're impressed with the fine workmanship that went into both chairs, but we are equally impressed with the way we were treated throughout our experience with TMC. I was thrilled to get my furniture back from TMC because it looks so good and is so comfortable. What a smart investment! The Estimator made some good recommendations and other staff members were also helpful. I'm thankful that the furniture handlers were very careful removing, and then returning the furniture to my home. I will ask TMC to restore more furniture for me in the future.

Overall, we are quite satisfied with the service we received from TMC Restoration. Our sofa and chair really do feel and look brand new. I would certainly recommend their service to friends because they did a great job and honoured their commitment to us.
