Picked up a sliding door for my condo and the guy was very helpful on which one would be best for my needs and which would require the least amount of work to install.

Fantastic, Fantastic, fantastic. If you are in the market for new window's or door's, you would be doing a dis-service to yourself if you did not give Networx's a call. There after sales service is incredible. I would highly recommend Networx's, I can't thank Jayden and the staff for doing such a fantastic job. 5 stars all the way.

I met the sales person at the Vancouver Home Show. He was quite pleasant and knowledgeable about the product, The company provided free estimates. The quote was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive; however they offered a variety of window options, unlike other window companies in Vancouver that stick to one line of windows. The 2 guys that installed my windows were very friendly and professional. The company gave them 2 days to install our windows, and so they took their time to properly install them without being rushed. The installation included wooden casings around the windows in order to hide the window seams (the area where the window frame rests against the drywall), which made me quite happy because other cheaper window companies didn't provide that service even if I was willing to pay extra for it. In the end, I am quite satisfied with my window replacement.

Our experience with the Networx team has been excellent from our original quote request through to the installation and completion of our beautiful new siding and windows. We originally obtained five quotations to replace our siding and two quotations to replace some of our windows. Networx was neither least nor most expensive; what stood out to us was its people, their enthusiasm and their professional commitment for doing the job right and to our complete satisfaction. We were given addresses of previous projects to view and invited to the Networx offices/showroom to help us decide on our siding colour and window type. We also noted all the professional associations the company participates in and were impressed it was one of James Hardie's preferred siding installers. The forthrightness and professionalism of the people we dealt with was a critical factor in our decision to choose Networx. It was a pleasure to have the installation team working on our home. Everything was focused on what we wanted and how they would make it happen. The site foreman was excellent. Based on his experience he made suggestions for small improvements as the job evolved; simple things we likely wouldn't have thought of or noticed. The sight was cleaned up at the end of each day, ensuring we had access to our garage and yard. The final clean-up included a window cleaning and complete wash-down of everything else, including our glass roof patio cover. Based on my 35+ years of business experience, this type of professionalism and customer centric approach starts with leadership at the top of the company and a focus on training not only in product installation but also individual employee personal growth and development, all leading to a stronger overall customer experience. We went to the Maple Ridge Home Show with the purpose of talking to window replacement companies. We talked to several including Networx. Mika seemed genuinely interested in our job, while some of the other company reps, not so much. We received quotes from a number of companies. Networx was neither the cheapest, or the most expensive, but we felt the most confident using them. Mika was great, answering any questions we had as well as giving us a couple of options we hadn't thought of. The installers, Chris, John, And Clayton were awesome. Nice, courteous, hard working, young guys. Everything about the install was top notch. I called Mika a couple of weeks after the install, to let him know how happy we were with the new windows, and with his company and crew in general. When I told him one of the windows had been missed during clean up, he said he would send someone over to take care of it. I said not to worry about it, it was no big deal. Later that day Clayton was at our door to clean the window. We are believers in "you get what you pay for". We believe we got more than what we paid for. Networx and all its crew are the best. We have already recommended them to some of our friends, and will continue to do so.

These guys were not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but they did an excellent job. Very thorough. I recommended them to my parents who are also just as pleased.

We needed to replace all our windows and I got several quotes. However, I was most impressed with Networx Windows as they were very knowledgeable about their products and were able to answer all our questions. The quote was received as promised and they were very reliable and punctual when they started the install. Thank you to Mika, Ryan, Alex and Brett for a job very well done, we are so pleased with the end result and feeling a lot more cozy without the air leaking in from the old windows. Even the follow up when the manufacturer supplied the incorrect glass was handled very professionally and thanks to Clayton, was installed when they said they would be there. I found them to be an honest, friendly and reliable company that I would highly recommend to anyone.

We are so happy with our new windows and doors! The house is now complete (well almost) front to back. The installers Alex and Brett were awesome, it was like having friends over working on our home. Ryan, who measured was very efficient and thorough. Mika, who did the original estimate, well my husband said he was far too good looking and was glad I wasn't home that day. So I guess that means he was great! Thanks again, very pleased!

Great experience dealing with Networx. Products and workmanship were as promised. The installation was done in a timely manner and right away we noticed improvements in the heating of our home. Everything was done professionally and our home was left clean when the work was finished. Great company to do business with.
