Have have 2 broken windows that needs fixed. They put ours in 3 years ago. From the cold winter 2 broke from top corner down inside glass of a 3 painwindow. They refuse to call back or come see us .it's been 4 months of them not fixing it. I'm so upset and mad.

We needed to have our front windows replaced for better airflow. Tony was accommodating by driving out to our location for an in-person inspection. He told us that there might be some issues because of the width of our window frames (non-standard), but assured that they would find a way to make it work. We settled for the type of window and waited (during the busy season) for the windows to be ready and install-date to be set. Skip forward a couple of months and our install date was set. Dan (the window guy) was our installer and he was courteous, respectful and extremely professional. He also was surprised about the width of the windows and suggested a few ideas - all of which we weren't a fan of because it entailed making some cosmetic changes, but after consulting with Tony on the original plan, we settled on a way to make it work. Unfortunately, it did mean a bit more work from Dan's part as it involved cutting into studs, but there were never complaints and the final completed job looked great. Great experience all around, professional and accommodating. Tony was great in the beginning and followed-up afterwards too. Dan was efficient and hard-working and took him 1.5 days to put in new windows that we now love.

The windows and door look great , and are exactly what we wanted. When having contractors into the house you never really know what you are going to get but your guys were top notch! We were extremely happy with Mike especially . His attention to detail and overall professionalism was impressive . Any small issues or items we brought up were dealt with right away and the final product turned out great!!

We would like to Thank you for installing our new windows and to Mike and British Mike for working so hard in the damp cold. We asked if they could start in our bedroom first, so that our 2 cats would have a safe and quiet place to hang out in for the rest of the week. We are so impressed at how quiet the rooms are from any outside noise. Networx was recommended to us by our neighbor and this was the best decision we could have made. We couldn't be happier. I never thought that changing windows would make such a huge improvement, but it is absolutely TRUE. We are so grateful for meeting with Tony and ordering the Milgard windows and new skylight. Thank you for making our home a much warmer and comfortable space for many years to come.

Had old siding removed and new windows and new siding installed. Very professional service from start to finish. Workmanship was top notch. Great communication. Would recommend Networx to anyone

We had Networx replace all the windows (14) and the sliding door in our rancher and are extremely happy with the results. We had two other quotes. Networx was only about $200 more than the lowest quote. What convinced us to go with them is two other houses on our street had Networx replace their windows a couple of years ago and our neighbours were very happy with the results and have had no issues. Tony and his crew were very professional and friendly. The work was completed in a timely manner which was important as it was still winter. Above all they always thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Since we've had the windows installed we've discovered several friends used Networx and they had nothing but good things to say about the work that was done.

These guys are magicians and they left the property cleaning every day showed up and just found a way to make things work always. They went above and beyond and were an absolute pleasure to have in our home. And the price was very very competitive for cough calling Millguard windows.

Good job I will have to go back and re silicone a few spots. Installers should provide proper coverage or advise consumer when sawing i am still cleanin a huge sawdust mess that was all over my tv screen the telus box the kids wii their toys and shelving everything on se side fortunately my telus box and wii still work but i still am cleaning.

Was really impressed with Tony from NetWorx Windows and Doors. The breakdown of our slider patio door was my husband and I trying to fix the sluggesh rolling door! We did more damage than good! We had a lot of trouble as this door being out of use really affected a house full of kids and dogs! Tony was prompt in answering all my questions over the phone prior to squeezing us in for service at the last minute! We paid the $50.00 with ease as other places I had called wanted a fee of $50. just for coming out to make diagnosis. Tony advised this repair is temporary and did not push like others to replace worn broken door! I will use this company NetWorx for all my door/window needs and would not hesitate to recommend Tony and his company!
