    Do what you say

    We have been planning our Home Build for 2 years and we spoke to Tony in the beginning just sourcing out an installer and the product "Folding Door". He was informed new the product inside and out. We stopped by the Manufacturer in Kelowna to speak with them and felt there was a good connect between manufacture and installer. Tony was always available for questions that arose during the build and now that it's complete end result is the biggest feature in our home. Tony does what he says and says what he does.

    First Class Windows and Service

    Tony, the owner, came personally to my house to give me a quote. His laid back, no pressure, no slagging the competition approach was .....refreshing. And he shared a wealth of knowlege in helping me decide the best type of replacement windows to install. His price was also competitive with two quotes from other competitors. All the window installations were done professionally and on time, and to my satisfaction. There was one hiccup regarding an existing window that was previously alarmed, and now the new one was not, so Tony made two visits to make things right. Quality windows, on budget, installed properly and on time, and the owner pays two follow-up visits to ensure the work is properly done and the customer is happy. Sounds good to me! What more could a customer want?

    30+ windows replaced - excellent job1

    We had over 30 windows replaced in our home. (Networx had been referred to us by a neighbour.) The free in-home consultation was informative with NO pressure to upgrade to more expensive options. The 2-man work crew was excellent: very hard-working, quiet, quick, efficient, courteous, & professional. Installation was given great attention, including levelling, & finishing of metal framework to help channel rain water. The wood boards surrounding the windows were replaced. The crew cut & fit the boards to allow a tight fit at join points, so minimal filler was required. Clean-up was excellent (both interior & exterior areas). No, if any, damage to garden areas.

    Bathroom reno; patio doors replaced

    Our patio doors no longer locked properly and had deteriorated significantly. Networx, upon request, measured, given options and had doors made. At a convenient time for us, installers came and installed the doors. They were efficient, courteous and removed all materials. Most satisfied. Although our bathroom reno took a little longer than we anticipated, in the end we were most satisfied with the work done. The new shower, a replacement for a tub, is ideal for individuals with mobility issues.

    Replaced all Windows in the house

    We originally hired them to replace a few windows and we like the product so much we ended up doing them all. The house is so quiet now with these new windows. Love Them. Thanks so much!

    Replaced all windows in condo building

    Thoroughly professional job. The work crew were knowledgeable, courteous, and cleaned up each day. The owner kept in close contact to make sure we were satisfied. Would highly recommend them.

    Leak problem

    Had a bathroom leak and Tony came to assess the problem and cleaned the window drains. Tony was right, not an installation problem and came back an even provided caulking and went way beyond our expectation. Amazing service, gratefully - Don and Gloria

    Full replacement of exisitng windows and doors

    Tony and his amazing team were fantastic to deal with. As with most homes you never know what to expect when undertaking a large renovation project. When it was discovered that I needed to also replace some of my siding Tony took the time out to come to my office to show me the choices and to ensure the proper decision was made - that's what I call customer service! The end result not only added functionality and value to our home but aesthetically a marked improvement. I highly recommend Tony and the Networx team!

    Patio door replacements

    I have found Networx to be very reliable over the years. Their quality of work is high and they tend to leave the customer very happy (in my experience). I highly recommend Networx.

    All 40 yr oldWindows replaced

    A review In June/July we had our windows replaced by Tony and his team. The professionalism, the service and the end product were top-notch! We are continuing to enjoy our new windows every day so so much and we are looking forward to the cost savings that we will experience this winter ....due to this superior product.
