We are extremely pleased with the work that Networx did. Tony,Dan, and Mike were extremely helpful and answered any questions that we had. They were very professional, and very talented tradesmen. At the end of each day the property was cleaned up and left in superb condition. They did not rush to complete any item, they took the time to do it properly and efficently. We could not have been more pleased with all aspects of the project.

Networx Windows initially provided a great experience during our window installation. We had 14 windows and 2 doors installed. The lead time was short (time from order to installation) and the installation went fairly quickly. Tony was very knowledgeable and was great answering all of our questions/ensuring we were satisfied with everything. The installation crew were friendly and courteous. As with any installation such as this, there were a few issues that came up but were dealt with swiftly by the installation crew. Unfortunately, one long scratch still remains on my stamped concrete sidewalk. There was a mixup with the Trim for our windows but Tony worked with us to make sure that the issue was resolved to our satisfaction. We also had one window that had a latch issue (installation was fine, it was the window that was the issue). On mentioning it, Tony stayed for over half an hour and fixed the problem himself (ie: we weren't making the final payment until the window would close properly).. We love our new windows. They look great, and have made a huge difference in both aesthetics as well as heating/cooling and sound transfer. That being said, the downside of this experience was that as soon as our windows were installed, and the final payment was made - that's when the customer service just dropped off. It took about 6 weeks to receive a finalized package containing our official payment receipt and warranty information etc, and this was only provided after several prompts and requests on our part. 2 months later, we are still awaiting on further information for the doors (specs, warranty info etc) as that was not provided with the original Windows package. Email sent over a week ago and no reply as of yet.... So, overall, decent product, good installation crew, poor service after installation.

Quality windows, good service, fair pricing, good after install support. Discovered a minor screen deficiency, Tony was quick to get fixed. Will recommend.

We are very happy with our replacement windows. Kyle and Tony were excellent to deal with. Dan, the installer was knowledgeable and helpful and did extremely good work. However, they were very, very late with their install, much later than they agreed to. I felt like I was being told what I wanted to hear, rather than the truth. We are very happy with the outcome, but would not quickly recommend Networx, just because of the stress placed on us by the long wait.

Networx replaced all of the windows in our home from our old, drab outdated ones we have previously. From the first quote request to the last window install I was thoroughly impressed with the entire Networx team. Dealing with Tony getting everything organized was a pleasure, he was great to deal with and always made himself available. The install team worked in and around the Christmas break in very poor weather conditions with no complaints. The team respected our home, and when they were finished left almost no trace that they were there. The windows and the install itself was flawless, you could see they really pay attention to the details (even if they are working while it's 5 degrees celcius and pouring rain). Overall I was very happy with them and would recommend Networx to anyone looking to have their windows replaced.

Networx took out our old windows and put in new windows. The whole process was done in a professional manner where job was completed exceptionally and on schedule. During the installation process all of our questions and concerns were address, where the installation team took the extra effort to install/ provide us with custom child restraints. The end result was very clean and beautiful looking windows that has drastically improve the outer appearance of our house.

Networx transformed the look of our house from old and drab to new and modern! We decided to update virtually every part of the exterior of the house and couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The job was done on time and the work was excellent. I would enthusiastically recommend Networx to anyone looking to update their house.

Networx added new windows into a wall (cut-out required as there were not windows there previously) and did an excellent job. When doing my due diligence and getting another quote I struggled to find someone that would even do this work and when I did find someone they did not inspire much confidence. Dan, who did the install, definitely knew what he was doing and did a great job. He quickly worked around any issues that arose, made some insightful recommendations for the precise location of the new windows, paid close attention to detail, and left the work site in better condition than when he arrived. Highly recommended!

Great job - fast and professional service. I had this door initially installed by another company and they did a very shoddy job. Networx came in and completed the job properly - well done!

Networx did previous work on the back of the house about 5 or so years ago. I called them to get estimate re: replacing the rest of the old siding. We consulted with Kyle to outline the details of what work that was to be done, cost/payment schedule, and start/end date. Kyle prepared a contract which we signed and work commenced as discussed. Dan was in charge of the work on the project and had a helper, Garry. My husband and I were very pleased with the workmanship, their work ethics and ultimately, the end result. They consulted us when necessary and asked for input before doing additional work (eg. replacing plywood where wood rot occurred). Very pleased with their dedication to do a good job. Kyle was our first point of contact and he happily answered any questions we had and made sure any changes to the contract was reviewed by us and the amount was as discussed. He also had flexibility in how payments would be processed. We originally wanted to pay by check but changed out minds to VISA and the payment schedule was to our satisfaction.
