I found Magic Windows during an online search for replacement patio doors. Their response time to initial questions and the scheduling of the sales call was fast and efficient. The installation was far superior than expected, the team of 2 took out the old doors out and put the new ones in including new trim in under 2 hours. They cleared up their mess and we had no dust or clean up to do ourselves. A very seamless service. No hesitation to recommend them.

We live in a early 20th century house in downtown Toronto. I think that the windows are from a previous reno in the 80s. They looked awful, leaked air and were impossible to clean. We decided to replace them with the best windows available...Magic Windows!! All our needs are met - the windows look great, function beautifully and can be cleaned on both sides from inside. The experience with the company from the sales/consultation process & help with decision making to the installation & follow up was excellent. We anticipated a huge mess when 16 windows were removed & replaced, but the mess was minimal. The installers were professional and pleasant.

My old patio sliding door was a pain the butt. Loud and so longer smooth. Magic window came and did the estimate and starting scheduling the project. The installation was done In about 3 hours and the gents were able to do everything while I was working. Even in Covid-19 times, great service and everyone wore their masks!

We are very pleased with our replacement patio door and kitchen window. It's amazing how bright the kitchen is with the new window/hidden screen. The actual work was completed according to the timeline that we were given. The installers worked efficiently - on a brutally hot day. No debris was left and they were very careful when working in the house. We purchased the retractable blind with the patio door. It does a great job providing sunshade and privacy. Magic is in the Windows! We recently got out home windows replaced and what a great experience we had. From the first phone call, sales meeting through installation – everything was very professional. The windows are certainly worth it, as you immediately feel the difference – better light and air flow and reduce road noise at night. Windows are not only to look outside, but also allow nature to come inside. The installers came as scheduled and did an excellent job and there was no mess to clean up afterwards! Vysan, our sales person, provided regular updates throughout, which were helpful to know how things were progressing with the project. I would highly recommend Magic Windows!

We love the windows. For the first time in years we can sleep without the constant noise of traffic. Everything works well including the blackout screens. The installation was professional and fast. If I could offer one suggestion for 5 stars it would be to improve communications with customers. We want to know the status of our project. We understand delays, especially today, but we don't want to be in the dark about them. I would not hesitate to recommend Magic Windows.

We had a very pleasant experience with Magic Window Innovations. Tom, our consultant, came to our house not once but twice, to ensure we were receiving exactly what we needed and wanted in a new patio door. His 1st visit was just prior to covid -19 and returned again after things began opening back up to go over a few things that we had questions about. Our door was installed in the time frame he had told us it would be and we were very happy with the installation process. There are so many features we love about the door. The removable solar and bug screens, how quitely it glides and the locks for extra security. We highly recommend this company and plan to order windows from them in the future.

The windows and frames are really well made and installed. We made two orders over three years, and in both cases the installers were very courteous & professional. As for repairs, we have had a handle replaced and a screen repaired; again the service was impeccable (although we had to wait a little longer for one of them) and there is never a question about the lifetime guarantee. I highly recommend these products!

From the first phone call to ask about a consultation and pricing, to having the sales rep arrive with appropriate ppe, to the installation; service was impeccable with every step. The installers were quick, efficient, polite, and clean. We have already noticed a huge difference, between a reduction in heat and sound from our old windows to our brand new Magic Windows. We are thrilled with our choice.

At every point of contact, from personal in the field to the office staff, I felt listened to and all my questions were answered. Job took place within suggested timelines (despite COVID restrictions) and the result exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be happier with my patio doors, and wouldn’t hesitate to use Magic Windows for future projects. They are not inexpensive but I feel I got excellent value for money
