    Vent Cleaning

    Pete and Pat were excellent, very kind and fun. When times are tough and money's tight it's great to have good people come into your home. They did a good job. We felt very comfortable with them in our home. We will use your services again, thanks.

    furnace and fireplace servicing

    We've been using advanpro for about 8 years. We've always had exceptional service - easy to book, technicians showed up on time, they were quick and efficient,answered all our questions and never try to upsell. We highly recommend this company. They also often advertise promotions or sales which helps.

    Furnace checkup and duct cleaning

    The techs showed up on time and were friendly and professional. There was a minor mix-up with the billing but it was taken care of the next day without hesitation. Job well done!

    On time, clean, no upselling, priced as quote, and worked quickly. Work was done efficiently.

    Furnace cleaning and a new humidifier installed

    Arrived early (a good thing)...went about the task at hand and cleaned up and removed everything as per agreement..

    HVAC duct cleaning

    Furnace and duct cleaning

    When we turn the heat on we are still sneezing like crazy due to dust. Not very happy about that, we spent over $700 and we are not confident that we received the proper cleaning.

    Duct Cleaning & Furnace Tune-Up

    I have recently had my ducts cleaned and furnace tuned up by Advanpro. I was very happy with the service - it was easy to get an appointment, the technicians - Pete and Ayden - were great. They arrived on time, where very friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. They answered all questions I had and where finished in a reasonable length of time. The only thing I could suggest for improvement would be the cost of the additional vents - 10 are included in the package and each additional event is $9.95 - I have 18 additional vents. That comes to more than the entire package cost. I think more vents should be included in the package. Other than that, I would still recommend Advanpro to anyone needing this service. Lynda
