    Heat Sensor Replacement

    The diagnostic and the actual repair was quick. The technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. He has the spare part readily available. He explained the work done and the invoice prepared.

    Furnace repair

    Despite the costly repair, the technician, Steve was helpful and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and repaired the furnace in roughly 1 hour time. He did it with efficiency and is skillful. I would recommend the company to repair any furnace issues. Cons: It did take more than 2 hours for the tech to come and is pricey. But what can you expect? Overall 4/5. Will recommend.

    furnace repair

    Quick and efficient service, well appreciated in the middle of a deep freeze! Orrin was very professional and took the time to answer all questions I had regarding the service and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

    Furnace Tune Up and Maintenance

    Technician was Orrin. Well spoken, polite young man that appeared focused and competent. It was a pleasure to have him call at our home. We would recommend Orrin and Advanpro without hesitation.

    Highly recommend!

    I was really pleased with the entire Advanpro experience. They booked me in right away, were very clear about how much it would cost and how much any extras would be. They were prompt, efficient and reasonably priced. The technicians were really helpful. I will definitely use them again in the future.

    Rectified !

    There was some misunderstandings when they showed up but were done in a good amount of time, there were some issues that were rectified at a timely manner. They handled everything very professionally, and were very adament on changing things !

    Duct cleaning and furnace repair

    Adam, Pat & Brandon gave excellent customer service. Adam is all about customer service and really knows furnaces. On time, called before they came. Price was fair and quality of work was great. Willing to answer any questions. I know what a good furnace cleaning is by our quality of air. Would not use anyone else.

    Furnace repair

    Yesterday morning our furnace suddenly stopped working. At 20+ temperatures this is a huge problem. We called advanpro around 7 am. By 8 am a technician was here to investigate. He was back with the needed part around 10 and had it up and running again in minutes. I've never been so happy to hear my furnace kick in. We used advanpro for the first time 1.5 years ago for furnace cleaning. Yesterday they saved the day and did so quickly and at a reasonable cost. We will absolutely use them again!

    Furnace Tune-up

    tuned up 2 furnaces and repaired humidifier. Shared useful information about air filters on furnaces.
