    Furnance Installation

    The process was easy and effortless. It was not hard to reach staff and book an appointment. The installer was professional, friendly and timely. He was knowledgeable and showed me what work was done. I am happy with the work provided and there have been no concerns. This was my first time using Advanpro and I would recommend them to a friend. The price was great, service excellent and the staff were helpful and easy to deal with.

    Furnace Cleaning

    I booked an appoinment and they informed me of all potential charges and additionals before hand. Advanpro called the day before to confirm and the team showed the next morning exactly on time. They took care to respect my home, laid tarps down and cleaned up after themselves. The guys were professional, quick yet thorough in their work and were personable; answering any questions that I had. I will use them as my regular furnace cleaners from now on. Thanks to Pat and Alex! Great job guys!

    Furnace installation

    I had an excellent experience with Advanpro from the first call to the final installation. The experience began when one of our two furnaces failed. The customer service rep was very pleasant and they had a service tech out almost immediately. Steve (the tech) was great. He was very courteous, explained his diagnosis and provided a number of options we could pursue. We decided to replace both furnaces. They provided a number of options, and gave, in my opinion, a very fair price. Orin (sp?) came out and completed the install. He was also very courteous and even wore covers on his shoes to not dirty the house. The install took 1 1/2 days as it was quite a big job. There was a minor issue with the install (with the drain line for the humidifiers) that I noticed the next day. I phoned advanpro and Orin was out to our place within 2 hours to fix the issue. Overall, very happy with this company and would highly recommend them for your heating needs.

    Furnace and vent cleaning

    Alvin and Taylor were quick, kind, knowledgeable and clean. I was impressed with their service and the price. I would use this company again and recommend it to friends. Great work guys!!!

    Basement Reno required cleaning of all ducts & replacing furnace motor that burnt out

    Required all household heat ducts. Air conditioner & furnace cleaning also required new furnace switch & motor replaced ....part was on hand work was done in a snap

    Duct and furnace cleaning

    All ducts and the furnace were satisfactorily cleaned. The crew also offered some helpful hints regarding the CO detector.

    Clean airducts, furnace and fireplace

    Happy. Guys were efficient and friendly. They were on time and took care to remove footwear and place equipment gently on the hardwood floors.

    Furnace

    Was perfect...air felt so much cleaner afterwards...thank you for such a great job...will definitely call Advanpro again...they were recommended by Knights Plumbing...
