Reply created 6 Oct 2016Thank you for the review. The amount of time a furnace and duct cleaning takes is dependent on the house. On average, with the equipment and experienced staff we have, a home with one furnace takes approximately an hour and a half. It can be more or less than that depending on the amount of vents in the home and the state of the furnace and ducts. You are correct in assuming that vents should be covered. We did discuss this with the techs that were at your home and they are adamant that they did cover all of the vents. We do use a deodorizer with the cleaning. Many people like the smell (we've even had customers call us to ask where they can purchase it for themselves) but if any customer does not want the vents deodorized we are happy to not use it. Not to worry the smell dissipates within a few days. We are sorry to hear that your experience was not as you had hoped, but are happy to hear that the guys did a good job and were friendly and efficient. If ever there is an issue with a customers’ furnace that is related to the work we have done, we will go back and repair it at no cost to the customer. Our customers satisfaction is not only important to us but also essential to our companies success. We have great reviews and an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. These things do not happen when you are mistreating or scamming customers. At no point did our techs try to sell you a new furnace and as per your phone conversation with us, the techs ran the furnace before they left and it was working. We apologize for any discomfort you may have suffered but had we known about the issue, our techs would have gone back and fixed it at no cost to you. We take exception to the unfounded assumptions you have made about our company and we believe the positive reviews we've received over the years are evidence of the kind of company we are.
