    Furnace repair

    My husband realized last night that the furnace wasn't working, so first thing this morning I called Advanpro, and Steve the service tech was at my home within an hour and half. He was polite and not at all a pushy sales person. Turned out it was an easy fix, but I had him update an older piece since he was over, which he did quickly and inexpensively. I was extremely happy with the whole process, and will be using them for my furnace cleaning and any future work that needs to be done!

    Furnace

    My furnace was not working and I asked Advanpro to bring in a Service/Repair Technician (Steve Aldred). He immediately diagnosed the problem and he found out that it was a burnt motor. He replaced it and was done with all the work in almost an hour. We tested the furnace and it ran smoothly. I'd like to thank Steve for a job well done! - Angelo

    Furnace Cleaning and Repair

    We've used Advanpro in the past for furnace cleaning and when our furnace wouldn't start after 2 weeks away on vacation, I called them for a service call. Steve was in the house all of 30 seconds to solve the problem. I also got an explanation of the problem related to a combustion air damper that I had never received before....one that finally made sense. Thanks for the quick response and the quick fix .

    Annual Furnace Cleaning & Vents

    My experience using Advanpro last year was excellent so I didn't hesitate to book my annual furnace/duct cleaning with them again this year. Sam & Jeff did a great job and Sam gave me a few tips on cleaning my filters which were greatly appreciated. Thanks again and I will be booking again next year.

    Air Conditioner Repair

    My air conditioner stopped working and my daughter told me about Homestars site. I phoned two other air conditioner repair sites and my call wasn't even returned. I phoned Advanpro and was told a repair man could come out in two days. Adam quickly found the problem, replaced the part and checked the air conditioner. I was impressed by his service and knowledge and the price was very fair. I would certainly use Advanpro again. Lou B

    furnace & duct cleaning

    Thanks to Sam & Bovey for a job well done. Very helpful and informative with all my questions. I was very pleased with how fast this company was able to come out on my service call, within the same week of calling, no 9 months waiting. They also showed up when they said they would, very impressed.

    Air Conditioning install

    In June, we had Adam and Peter in to install. We do have an older furnace but we were still able to have the A/C installed on it. They got the job done within the day. Adam made sure everything was working before he left. Also took the time to explain how things worked. I made notes. We are enjoying the A/C. They stuck to the quote they provided. No surprises. Thank you.

    AC Install

    We called Advanpro to see how long it would take to have a AC installed in our home. The very next day we had them come by & give us our quote. The very next day we had AC in our home. We were very impressed on how fast they showed up & with the work they did. The two employees they sent were very friendly, & professional. We liked how they use carpet runners all the way through to the basement from the front door & they cleaned up everything, like they weren’t even here. Thanks again for a great job! We would defiantly recommend your company to our family & friends.

    AC Service / Troubleshooting

    After multiple days of hot weather and an air conditioning system that was not functioning properly, Advanpro really helped out. I called this company due to their excellent rating on Homestars based on large numbers of reviews. The original installing company was Arpis through Douglas Homes, which both provided horrible service related to HVAC issues so I wanted a different company to try and fix the issues that I thought were never going to go away... Steve arrived and within minutes determined that there were loose fittings in the system which likely caused leaks. Steve had my air conditioner running again shortly and I was able to bring the temperature down. A few hours later, the temperature of the house is perfect and I can actually sleep upstairs again... I am planning on using this company again for a zoning system and other potential upgrades. I would easily recommend them to others and would gladly provide a reference based upon my current exposure to the company. Vern

    Duct Cleaning

    I pay for good service so I expect that, but I will write in for exceptional service. Leo and Alvin came over to do the brush duct cleaning package and were professional, thorough, very knowledgeable, and respectful of my concerns and even had me look at the duct work to prove I didn't have the problems I thought I did [once they investigated]. I've dealt with every trade with my renos this year and this was just a great job well done. I highly recommend them and will make sure all my friends use them!
