Homestars has been a very useful tool for me in the last couple of months buying a new home and setting up are other for rent. Advanpro I have hired previously and was quite impressed with the experience and expertise of there technicians. However this time I couldn't be less satisfied. New house and just spent hundreds of dollars putting in a new 5 in Honeywell air filtration system...with the factory filter cartridge, with less then a month in it he took it away and stuck in one of his cheap $2 filters and said the filter was putting to much strain on my furnace. He also told me that my igniter on the furnace needed to be replaced ...I explained I was surprised as the home inspector we hired did a thorough check on the furnace and indicated it was in fine condition. Yes they did brush clean all the ducts as promised, however I think most they sucked out of the ducts and sprayed them across the room. I will say another thing good about the company ...not the tech that came to my place...I called at the last moment to rebook the cleaning as some contractors were delayed . They were very accomodateing in rescheduling even with the 24 hour notice I gave them. In addition once the company found out about my experience they tried very hard to rectify my bad experience. Perhaps my 4 rating was a little harsh for the company to take because one tech was having a bad day. Mistakes can happen anywhere, how they are handled means considerably.

Wow, these guys are amazing. Not only did Adam try to troubleshoot over the phone so that we could avoid the cost altogether, but when they did need to send someone they came the next day. Steve was terrific. We are now Raving Fans. Tx!

Despite a recent house cleaning, I was amazed how quickly dust and other particulates started appearing on my floors and furniture surfaces. After a quick call to Advanpro, I was given a good understanding of the available services and arranged for a next morning service call. Steve and Alvin arrived in the prescribed arrival window, and within 90 minutes had completed the vacuum / brushing of 27 air vents, a HE furnace bypass and the associated duct work, along with a replacement of the furnace filter. They were courteous and went about their work in an efficient and effective manner - explaining what they were going to do and keeping me informed of their progress. They even shared with me why my children's bathroom was not receiving any airflow - it turns out my 5 y.o. may have stuffed an entire roll of toilet paper down the air vent. Now with the blockage removed, that room is receiving effective airflow. Thanks again, guys! Excellent work!

Sam and Jeff were very friendly and very helpful. They answered all my questions and even gave me some tips on how to maintain furnace, filter etc. plus the good thing about them is they SMILE! you see in this kind of business, its not who gives the cheapest price. It's all about the warm friendly staffs just like Sam and Jeff. Thanks again guys!

I just had Sam and Kevin in to clean my furnace. They did a fantastic job and they were very friendly and they were also very knowledgeable and gave me great tips on keeping my furnace clean. Thanks Sam and Kevin I will definatly be calling them next time :)

Pete & Kevin came to my place to install a new humidifier and also cleaned the furnace, hot water tank, vents and dryer vent. I requested the Platinum Package as I knew that the furnace and vents had not been cleaned in quite some time. I am so glad that I did because they were very dirty and the furnace motor was caked with black soot. I didn't realize how bad it was until they showed me. They did an excellent job cleaning everything, they were very friendly and answered any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend Advanpro to anyone that I know that would require this service which I already have. Their rates are very good compared to other companies and their service is excellent.
