    Duct Cleaning

    Had Sam and Chris come in and clean the ducts out prior to a move. While they were late in arriving, they called and gave us an update of when the would arrive, and where they currently were. Both of the team members were polite and in very good humor. The cleaning was quick and efficient, and we were told exactly what they had done, and how clean (dirty) the duct work was. Also made mention of the condition of the Furnace and future needs. All in all very good service, and we would use them again.

    Duct & Furnace Cleaning

    Furnace Service

    Our furnace failed on a Sunday morning. Called Advanpro at 9:00am and had a technician on-site in less than 2 hours. Problem solved and we were back in business. The service was first-rate. Prompt, courteous and efficient. Thank you, Orrin.

    Furnace and duct cleaning

    Kevin and Sam worked hard for approximately two hours, cleaning the ducts, furnace, flues, dryer exhaust and fireplace. They were friendly and professional. I believe they did excellent work, and we will definitely ask for them to come back in two years. There was a problem with the furnace. They called a technician and waited until he arrived. The problem was quickly resolved.

    Duct Cleaning

    Pete and Kevin were very professional and knowledgable about their service, and did the job quickly. In addition to the duct cleaning, they provided suggestions in regards to replacing my humidifier filters. I am very happy with their quality of work.

    furnace cleaning

    Sam and Kevin were very professional - kept me informed of what they were doing at all times. They told me what needed to be done but were not forceful in any way. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

    furnace cleaning, ignition and humidifier replacement

    Steve and Sam cleaned my furnace, they did a great job, showed up on time, worked quickly, informed me of the state of my furnace and showed me the maintenance steps I should take. Adam came back to replace the ignition and humidifier. He also showed up on time, worked quickly, and took the time to explain future maintenance to me. During this time he was always taking customer calls and answering their questions. The team at Advanpro clearly cares about customer service.

    Furnace repair

    I called advanpro and they were professional, very polite and easy to communicate with. Orrin was the tech and he was the nicest guy ever, did his job efficiently, and was very clear and easy to talk to. He was even good with my children who were constantly badgering him! If you feel apprehensive and afraid of your furnace, this company, specifically this technician will make your life easier.

    Cleaning/servicing furnace heating ducts

    Upon purchasing a new home in Olds, we did confirm that a servicing was long overdue on our heating vents, ducts and furnace. Advanpro was recommended to us from an individual out of Innisfail. Their arrival time was a half hour earlier than scheduled which was wonderful. Their work ethics and time frame to complete were both extremely efficient. We would certainly use the Company again even though they are based out of Calgary. Quality work is of the utmost importance to us. Thank you Peter (and the young gentleman who assisted)

    Furnace Duct Cleaning

    You can tell a lot about a company by the way problems are dealt with. Advanpro recently cleaning our ducts but a problem developed with our furnace. In the end, I was reimbursed for additional costs in a timely manner. I recommend using this company for duct cleaning as they do a superb job.
