    Furnace and ducts cleaning

    Called monday to have a thourough brush cleaning of our ducts/vents and furnace. Had the crew here the next day. I thought Kevin and Chris were very friendly, effective, polite and careful to keep the house clean when going in and out. They cleared lots of coins and toys that my toddler had pushed in the vents... Even showing me a picture of what was in there. It's the second year i call Advanpro for this spring cleaning of our air system and i will stick with them again next year.

    Emergency Furnace Repair

    Brad, the technician, visited our house shortly after a furnace and duct cleaning as one morning we woke up to our furnace not running due to a blown breaker. Quickly found out upon popping the breaker back that the furnace was still not working as it was not generating heat. Brad came out at 8PM to ensure he could make our furnace generate heat throughout that night until he could further diagnose and have access to parts the next day. He was quick and efficient and provided us with a temporary solution. This is a 7 month old furnace that another company installed, but Brad didn't mind as he did all the warranty work for us and ran back and forth to the supply company with different warranty parts to solve our problem. With a 6 month old child at home, we could not survive or cope long without proper heat circulating the house. At the end of our service with Brad, he went over exactly what went wrong and that it was a faulty part that caused the board relay to fry and trip the breaker. He proceeded to leave the house and told my wife that he wouldn't even charge us for labor on this service call! Great and quick experience overall, especially when dealing with heat issues during the winter! Thanks again!

    Furnace and duct cleaning/service

    It is rare that I would write a review for customer service both because it takes time from an already busy life and exceptional service is quite rare. However, Lee and Kevin from Advanpro were so personable, efficient and unobtrusive that I have to tip my hat to them. I chose Advanpro because of the great reviews I read on line. Well, I'm adding mine to the growing list. Thanks guys!

    Dryer Duct

    I work in an industry that is absolutely client driven. I chose Advanpro because they had great reviews on HomeStars. Brad came to do an estimate for us and was able to fit us in the following day. Kevin and Leo called with a window time of arrival and they were spot on. They were very knowledgable and polite. Being in an office full of women, they made us feel very comfortable and were very friendly. I would reccommend Advanpro to anyone looking for this type of service. I will definitley give them a call when I need this work done at my home! Thank you Advanpro, Brad, Kevin and Leo!!

    Furnace Repair

    Late at night my furnace began emitting a strong burning odour and was making unusually loud noises. I called Advanpro and within 6 hours their technician Brad arrived. Here are the reasons that I would not hesitate to recommend Brad or Advanpro. 1. Their receptionist was extremely customer service oriented and polite. 2. It was clear to me that Brad was extremely knowledgable and confident about his trade skills. He was able to answer every question or concern I had and most importantly he was extremely professional. 3. I could tell Brad was proud of his trade and showed a genuine interest in doing the job correctly while being fiscally responsible to the homeowner, he even went so far as to correct an improper humidifier installation from a previous company. Quite simply he treated my home (furnace) as if it was his own. Thanks Brad your attention to detail and customer service did not go unnoticed!

    Desooting/cleaning of furnace

    My furnace was totally plugged from a build-up of soot. Travis and Kevin were on time,friendly and did a very thorough job of cleaning it and the chimney. While doing this they accidentally touched a pipe to the hot water heater resulting in a leak. They phoned Brad who came over within 20 minutes and fixed it.-no questions asked or additional charges-very satisfied!

    Furnace Cleaning

    We have been long time customers of Advanpro. I called Brad he is so easy to deal with he booked me in for the next day!! He sent out Leo and Kevin they showed up on time and where super easy to deal with they explained everything they where doing. Brad and the guys at Advanpro are the best at what they do and are the only company I would call and recommend!

    FurnaceRepair

    Brad Jones from Advanpro was phenomenal in scheduling me in his full Saturday schedule to change the bearing on the motor blower of my Coleman original 1972 furnace. Gave excellent service, price, and recommendations for ongoing maintenance.

    Furnace and humidifier service

    I have been dealing with Brad from advan for several years and will for many more. He is consistently professional, knowledgable, efficient and fair. He explains everything in layman's terms to make sure you understand the work being done. Brad is my go to guy for any furnace needs. I trust him and his integrity. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs great work at a fair price!

    Humidifier Repair

    I called Advanpro to purchase and install a new humidifier as ours was leaking and appeared not to work. When I phoned they were very kind and professional on the phone and very flexible… making it easy to schedule the repairs around my busy schedule. I was surprised at the competitive quote I received as well for the equipment plus installation… I was impressed before they even came out. The service expert, Brad, arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. Brad inspected my broken humidifier and advised that it only required a small repair and cleaning for it to be fully functional like new. I saved the expense of having to purchase & install a new humidifier (even thou the quote was competitive), Brad taught me about the equipment and how to better maintain it to avoid future issues. Advanpro’s customer service was exceptional. They are honest, extremely knowledgeable, professional and competitive and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.
