    furnace and a.c coil cleaning

    Lee and Jay just left completing the job requested. Found both men to be polite, helpful and willing to help with moving some items. Not only were they very professional but early, which is highly unusual now.

    Duct cleaning

    Thank you Advanpro Lee and Jay were professional and upfront!! They called me before showing up and were on time for the appointment. Lee and Jay even spent the time to give us advice as we were planning to have our furnace replaced. Overall great experience and would use this Advanpro again. Dan

    furnace repair

    Our furnace was making an unusual loud noise during the recent cold snap. An appointment was made and when the repairman (Lee) was delayed at another job he called to let me know and to check if it was still okay to come about a hour later (yes an actual call!). Wow...kudos for that consideration Lee! The prognosis was the bearings in motor were wearing out but should still last another year or so. Over the weekend we decided to be proactive and to have the motor replaced. Lee, (bless his heart) came once again and did as we asked plus check out a couple other things without complaint. Wonderful!

    Furnace repair

    Lee and Jake from Advanpro were punctual, professional and completed the work within the scheduled time even with an additional humidifier install. I will definitely continue to use Advanpro for my regular maintenance.

    Furnace

    Leo and Travis with Advanpro, cleaned my furnaces a couple of weeks ago, did an amazing job, and my furnace quit during the cold spell and both fellow came out and fixed the problem immediately! Great customer service from these gentlemen!!

    Furnace and duct cleaning, furnace tune-up

    Lee and Jason were very professional, polite and friendly. They cleaned and tuned up our older furnace and cleaned the ducts and did it properly. A new part was needed and Lee was very upfront about the cost of the part and labour. There was no sales pressure or nagging. For the first time in 18 years of owning a home, I finally found a furnace service company I liked and could trust. I will definitely use them again!

    furnace repair, duct cleaning

    Advanpro cleaned our ducts last fall and fixed our furnace today. Brad was on time, did good work, reasonable price, professional. He found parts for our older furnace in a timely fashion. Very recommendable.

    Furnace Repair

    My furnace kept turing off during the coldest weeks of the year. Quick response, helpful and friendly repair staff, reasonable price, no obvious gouging during a very stressful time. Great service!

    furnace and duct cleaning

    Kevin and Leo showed up on the afternoon they were scheduled, They did a very proficient job. They were also very personable. I had asked for an estimate before the job was booked and the bill was exactly what I expected. Good job and very fair pricing.

    Furnace Tuneup/Vents/Humidifier Clean

    We had just moved into a new house and the vents were very dirty and the furnace appeared like it had never been cleaned. I decided to go with Advanpro based on positive reviews and we were extremely happy with their service. The two gentlemen were able to come early and phoned to check if this was ok which it was. They laid down sheets so not to get dirt on the floor and also were very respectful of our living areas. Lee fully explained things they could do to keep the furnace operating well and I took pretty much all their offered options as I wanted to make sure everything was crystal clean. We probably paid more then what most people will normally but only because I took every available option to make sure our old furnace system is well looked after. I would recommend Advanpro to people seeking a reliable company.
