    Furnace & air duct cleaning

    We had two gentlemen from Advanpro come to our house last year to repair the furnace, and the service was so expectional that we made sure to hold on to their business card. Today we had them at the house for furnace and air duct cleaning, and once again they exceeded my customer service expectations. This is the first time I felt compelled to right a review for any campany. I highly recommend Advanpro for any furnace repairs or cleaning.

    Furnace and duct cleaning

    Just had Lee and Chris come to clean out our furnace system and blow out all the air ducts. Lee was extremely knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions about the furnace, weather it was a service they offered, or something I could easily do myself. Our furnace had been acting up due to a dirty flame sensor and he showed me exactly where it was for any time i needed to clean it. Due to a cancellation, they called and asked if they could come early which worked better for both us and them. All and all they were fast and helpful. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

    Dryer vent clean out

    We have had issues with our dryer vent. Since we were in the middle of a cold snap no one would even attempt to fix it until spring, except ADVANPRO. They came out to have a look; it was minus 36 and really slick on the roof. They contacted us and let us know they would take care of it. The two Techs, Leo and Pat, arrived, got right to work and finished the task quickly. They worked safe and effectively. ADVANPRO as a company are clear communicators and kept us informed throughout the project. I am a very satisfied customer. Thom

    Duct Cleaning

    Pat and Peter M. came and went right to work cleaning our ducts. It was freezing out but they worked fast to keep the house warm. They were friendly and knowledgeable and did an great job and I'd recommend them.

    Furnace/Vent Cleaning

    There was a lot of backup in the vents and the furnace was well past a service. Boys did an excellent job, HVAC system is running more efficiently as a result. Travis and Keith were friendly, professional and efficient at their job. Recommend.

    Duct Cleaning

    Leo and Peter M. arrived early and went right to work cleaning our ducts. The guys were honest, friendly and knowledgeable and did an awesome job on our furnace and ducts. Leo gave me some great tips on keeping my furnace clean and it now runs and sounds great. Great job guys !!

    Heater leaking

    On time, Very professional. Showed me how to fix it on my own for next time. The price... half of what the people who installed my hearter wanted to charge just for showing up at my house. I'm so glad I found this company.

    Furnace repair

    What a great experience I had with Steve. After looking at my furnace he explained to me what was wrong with it. The parts required were unique and would have to be ordered which would take about a week. After a little thought he macGyvered it. Steve thinks out of the box, before Steve arrived my furnace was clanging and making a lot of noise it would wake me up when it came on at night. I had a wicked sleep last night and I can't here a thing. THANK U so much Steve U rock

    Furnace cleaned by Lee & Chris

    My first touch point was Crystal (lovely) had my furnace cleaned and tuned up by Lee and Chris. They did a great job and I will use Advanpro again for sure. Cheers, Corrine

    House special, tune up, vents

    Steve and Chris S. are good. They are punctually and friendly. They explain details to us very clearly. They are very organized and quality. We really like their services. We hope we can have them to do the services for us next time.
