    Furnace cleaning

    Advance pro tech guys were very professional , friendly and made sure my home was at it was when the got here. They let me know of my issues and advices me when I should get my furnace done again ... Thank you .. For the great work

    furnace and flue cleaning

    I was not going to provide negative feedback on just the mess left around each vent and all of the fallout from cleaning in our furnace room, but when I realized that Steve and Jason LEFT MY BASEMENT WINDOW UNLOCKED, I felt compelled to share my experience. This is very unprofessional and risky. They also installed a new thermostat and it was in farenheit. We had to contact Honeywell to change it to Celcius. For these reasons I would not recommend them nor will I use them again. These reasons outweigh the knowledge I was impressed with. Most furnace cleaners are knowledgeable... One never knows what they are going to get when using a new service provider so I went on these ratings...

As you mentioned our technicians are very knowledgeable about furnaces but on the rare occasion do make human errors.     furnace cleaning

    Steve and Jason did a wonderful job! We hadn't had our furnace cleaned and inspected for some years and we suspected that it would cost more than what we were quoted. As a matter of fact it did, but we are happy that it was caught on time. Steve advised us as to what we should have had done in previous years and what needed to be done. We now feel secure that our furnace won't give up on us during the winter. Thanks guys for a job well done and we will certainly use your service again!

    furnace cleaning

    Steve and Chris did a great job of furnace cleaning. They were on time and went to work right away. We took their gold package on promo and they cleaned all our vents and furnace and gave us great advice on how to maintain and clean the filter and the upkeep of our humidifier. Will use them again. Advice: hire them in summer before the fall/winter as their prices will go up

    Duct cleaning

    We had our ducts cleaned with the Gold level option and we're very impressed with the results. Steve & Jason did a great job, were timely, polite and professional. Steve offered some great tips on how to keep the furnace in top shape going forward which we greatly appreciated. We are happy to recommend you to friends and family and will of course use your services again. Nice job gentlemen. Thank you.

    furnace & duct cleaning

    John and Aaron did a terrific job. They were very professional and treated my home with respect. They did a thorough job and left my home in the condition they found it.ice The price was excellent and the service friendly and timely. I would recommend this company with no hesitation.

    Duct Cleaning

    Appointment was for 1:30 PM, phoned and advised me that it would be 11:00 AM on the day of the appointment. Rescheduled my day, they showed up at 12:30 PM. They never covered the vents when they started cleaning, had to ask them. When they finished they sanitized my cold air returns, paid the bill and they left. Within 20 minutes my 85 year old mother and myself had burning lungs and coughing. We left the house and went over to our neighbors who had there house done on the same day. They informed us that we could not be in the house for two hours after sanitizing. Nobody from the company told us that. Next morning I hop in the shower and I have no hot water, they cleaned out the chimney and had turned the hot water tank off. Would not recommend them at all to anybody!!

    Kevin and Ed came in on time which was great and then proceeded to explain what service they were going to provide and carried out their job in a very professional manner and took great care in not making any kind of mess which was very appreciated.

    Furnace Repair/Duct Cleaning

    Great Service, friendly guys respectful of our property. Worked quickly and thoroughly. Very happy with the service, would/will hire again. Only mistake was they forgot to put the furnace filters back into place. No big deal.

    Furnace and Duct Cleaning

    Before I decided on what company to use I read reviews and Advanpro had stellar comments. Lee and Pat were professional they called when they were going to be 10 minutes late. They got here and did a great job answered all my questions. I will recommend this company to anyone that wants to get their furnace and ducts cleaned.
