    Furnace cleaning

    I would just like to say I have never taken the time to write a review before, but in this case I feel I received the best service for my money. Like always I am nervous any time I call a new company. But the experience I had with Advanpro turned out to be great one right from the start. I talked to a women in the office named Sarah she was very helpful and answered all my questions I figured if the rest are half as profesional I would be ok. Two days later two young gentleman came to the door they were on time and looked clean and profesional. I have had people from other company's come into my home in the past and they always seemed to be rushing more concerned about getting to the next job then paying attention to the one there on. The two Advanpro reps that came to my door how ever took the time to answer all my questions and when they left I actually felt a little more educated on my furnace. I will definitely be use ing them in the future..... Thanks again Advanpro ........ Ps I will definitely be doing more reviews in the future and not just for the great company's like Advanpro.

    furnace/duct cleaning

    Steve and Jason came to my home Oct 23 to clean the furnace. usually when we have the furnace cleaned the people go to the basement, don't say much and then leave. I had some concerns as it hadn't been cleaned in a few years and needed to know what realistically needed replacing and what to use when I had to replace (filters,etc) again. Steve took the time to explain what needed to be done and explained what I was using could break my furnace. So now I have a clean furnace and ducts, new filters (that won't get sucked into the furnace) and a cleaner warmer house. I would recommend (and have recommended) your company to my friends. Customer service these days is non existent..bravo Steve, Jason and Advanpro for taking the time to do the job right!

    Furnace and duct cleaning

    Travis and Peter M were efficient and friendly. Overall we are happy with their work. Their was some misundestanding of what "silver" service was about that was figured out at the end.

    Duct and vent clean

    Travis and Keith came to my home to clean vents that hadn't been cleaned for 7 years. It was snowy outside. They were efficient and very pleasant. They took care to cover my carpets and not to damage anything on walls and tables. They also cleaned out my drier vent. They did this in a friendly way. Thank you

    Furnace cleaning - brush method

    John and Peter are very professional and were on time. They started with the furnace inspection and even gave me some honest advice. They also did a very thorough cleaning of the vents and I am happy with the results. Price is comparable to other companies. I would definitely recommend their services.

    Duct cleanin

    Lee and Elliott were very punctual, clean and did a great job. In and out within an hour. No extra charges for driving to Okotoks. Thanks for a great job. Would recommend this company and use them again. We contacted three furnace cleaning companies and the were the only ones to contact us with a quote.Thanks angain GREAT JOB

    Furnace Service

    Our furnace was repaired today. The tech called to say he was available earlier than expected and asked if he could arrive sooner. I said yes, and in around an hour he had the Flame Sensor repaired. This call was great. I wanted to mention we had them out just before Thanksgiving as the furnace wasn't running at all. On that call, while the tech did get us up and running, I felt like he was pushing to get out of here and may have missed this issue. I feel if the first tech had been a bit more thorough, we may not have needed a second call. That's the reason my rating isn't higher.

    Furnace & Duct Cleaning

    Leo & Nicole arrived on time and did an amazing job. Very professional & friendly. Would highly recommend them to anyone and will use them again for future cleaning. In this day and age it seems that customer service is a lost art. Thank you for restoring my faith!

    Advanpro

    On time and professional. Pat and Peter started with a furnace inspection and did a thorough job on our entire heating system. Friendly and courteous, they left no mess and our ducts are like new!

    Furnace Cleaning

    Advanpro was AMAZING!!! I called got an apt with in 2 days. The two techs that came were professional, quick and knowledgeable. Lee and Chris H I will certainly see you again thanks again!!.
