We recently decided to replace our windows in our home. Our house is an older double brick semi-detached and the windows were quite old. After doing a lot of research and meeting with several companies, we decided to go with Sobol Inc. Windows and Doors.
It is one of the best decisions that we have made.
Right from the beginning, we felt confident. To put it simply, Archie’s expansive knowledge allows him to see potential problems that others miss and his consistent ability to offer proactive solutions always amazed. For example, our front bay window was sagging a little to the right, so Archie didn’t just slam the new windows into the old holes. Instead, he rebuilt our entire bay. The end result is beautiful showpiece that everyone on our block has commented on.
Further, as one might expect in an older home, some issues came to light as the old windows were removed. Not one of them phased Archie and his crew. They were always quick to offer several solutions and the end result was always wonderful.
Beyond expertise, the care that Archie and his crew put into our job was evident. The workmanship was beyond reproach. They took real pride in their work and left the job site perfectly clean at the end of each day.
Further, Archie is incredibly easy to deal with. He is clearly interested in making sure that the job ends with a happy client and goes above and beyond to make sure that this is the case. Throughout the whole project, we always felt like Archie was as interested as we were in making sure that the final outcome was perfect.
Lastly, the project came in on time and on budget, just one more thing that left us with a giant smile at the end of the project.
Working Archie and Sobol Inc., we always felt like someone genuinely cared about solving our problems and not just completing a project. We can’t say enough about their professionalism, knowledge and level of customer service. All our neighbours are eager to use them in the future and we wholeheartedly recommend them.
