I wish it had a zero rating. I strongly recommend you avoid it. Just look at their review and make a decision. 1. I was told that the shipping would take less than two weeks, maximum of 2-3 weeks. So, I planned according to 3 weeks, now in the 5th week and I haven't received my stuff yet! So, I spent a lot to repurchase many items that I had in my shipment. 2. The cost of moving for a one-bedroom apartment is estimated from slightly above 1000 or more online. I was charged over $1000 WITHOUT sending my sofa set, my bedroom set, my mattress, my computer desk, and my dining set! Just imagine the costs if you want to send these items. If I want to repurchase all of the items in my shipment, it would cost me less than $1000! 3. I was told there would be no hidden costs, I was charged 100 extra for some costs. 4. When you call their offices, no one is responsible, they refer you to the office of destination or office of arrival, and no one follows up your calls even if they tell you we would call you back. I have contacted over 50 times ... 5. Surprisingly, they do not accept credit card as a method of payment without telling you when you send your shipment!!!! All in all, that was a terrible experience, I am so frustrated after spending a lot of time and money ... I wish I never send my items with this company. So, I would highly recommend you to avoid it even if you can not find any company, just sell your items and repurchase them, it would be much cheaper with out any headache dealing with them

Do not by ANY means, even if it is your LAST option, use this company. Sell your items, take out a loan, store the items until you can figure out a better plan, do anything other than pay these people money. I was told to expect delivery 2-3 weeks, and asked several times to have a photo of the scale weight so I could anticipate cost and have the money ready ASAP. I get a call out of nowhere 1.5 weeks later, 2 days before delivery saying there was only one delivery date (take it or leave it; and if you leave it we have no idea when we will be out for delivery again and we will charge you for extra storage), and to come up with 2.5k$ (the quote was for 1.2k$) or I would never see my stuff again. My husband and I were both working on the only date of delivery option they provided. So I told them someone will be home from all the way until 11 am but after that no one will be there. I waited by the phone for HOURS and get a call at 10:35am saying hey we will be there in 30 mins. I told them that wont work, we agreed to before 11am. Well doesnt the dispatcher call me back literally screaming at me telling me they will charge me 500$+ for unloading and offloading fees if I dont answer the door whenever they feel like showing up. If I dont like it then they will keep my stuff and there is nothing I can do about it. So here I am waiting for my items to show up and it is 11 am, and still no items. I had to call into work to be able to wait around for them. I will add to this review once I get my items and see what kind of damage is done.

This is the worst Mover ever you can use, first of all they low balled me with the price so i go with them then they charged me more than 50% of the original price . On top of that they are so unprofessional on different level : - the mover who picked up my good did not use any moving blanket and did not care about my goods - the movers who delivered my goods didn't even bother to wait for me to validate my things and left the building without even care about my signature for delivery - their claim department does not care about clients and did not reply on emails I had a terrible experience and i do not recommend this service even to my enemies. STAY AWAY FROM THOSE NONPROFESSIONAL COMPANY

I booked an item to be picked up Feb 11 and was quoted 10-15 days with winter conditions which I was totally okay with. On Feb 27 I called to get an update after no one was replying to emails and it was still sitting in Ontario and I was never informed. This is 16 days later. I continued calling for updates then it FINALLY left Ontario to Calgary on March 6!!!! Almost a month after the day it was picked up. I talked to several different people for answers and said I want a discounted price from the $500 for waiting so long. They agreed until the delivery guy shows up today March 16!!! and theres no discount. He called the office and asked and all they said was take of 5%!!!! $45!! My husband then spoke on the phone and they would only budge to $70 off! Horrible service and never straight forward with their answers. Do not trust them with your money.

Great service! Moved from Toronto to Vancouver and Sam was very helpful. The price he quoted me at was very accurate to the price I paid after my move. Nothing broken or damaged since everything was expertly wrapped. I could not have been happier! Highly recommend Vega Line Moving.

I moved from Richmond BC with Vega Line a while ago. They gave me the best price I could find that's how I chose them out of five different moving companies. I saved a lot on moving. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an affordable move.

EXCELLENT! We had a move from Vancouver to Toronto and Vega Line team was absolutely fantastic! We had no issues with them at all. They were prompt, kind, courteous, and their prices are the best I could find. The movers were gentle with all of our valuable belongings, and they also notified us when the items arrived to our destination. If I had any questions or concerns on the way, Mark and his team were quite helpful! Well recommended.

Quoted me 2 bedroom condo @ approx. 3000 -5000 lbs. Then charged me for 11,284 lbs. It looks like they included the price of the truck weight to. Broke almost every piece of furniture the brought in and no response to emails or phone calls. Pkgs. missing.

Awaful terrible company. Too far to be professional. Dameged my households and spoiled my mattress with car oil!! Total danege value is more than $3000. Proposed $150 can you imagine? To avoid problems I would recommend not to use this company vegaline to move your stuff out

Showed up late on pick up dat. Showed up a day late on delivery and almost every piece of furniture has damage also items missing. Can not contact the claims department directly and they don't respond to my emails.
