We are a broker and we have used this company as a third party hauler and I can confirm that it was a real nightmare, one of the worst contractor we had. Yes they are trying to mislead all the way, telling things to make more money, making up new charges. There is the son and the mom managing the business and both were playing around.

Horrible experience, this company has made us never wanting to hire a long haul moving company ever again! Save yourself grief, get someone else. Have proof for anyone who want to see how they moved our household items and furnishing! Problems; changed pick up date than picked up in 2 separate loads All our household items thrown in the truck damaging TV, BBQ, furniture, boxes, picture frames, bikes. Insured, don't get fooled, after sending the pictures all we got from them is a lousing $200.00, basically they refunded the moving cost less $500.00 Load weight? Be carefull Need proof? Have pictures and the one that is most shocking is the TV thrown in upside down in the truck!

The quoted price was much lower than the real charge. For instance the quoted price for piano handle fee was $150, but charged $200, wrapping free but charged $70.0, plus the other not listed charges, it ended up a couple hundreds more. The deliveries were with many damages, we communicated with Vega line’s claim department for four months. The final answer was that customer did not pay the wrapping fee, the bed frame was not broken that bad and can still be used (we actually threw the frame away because it was unusable). The www.bbb.org has many similar complains.

My experience with Vega Line Moving & Storage Services was actually really good, which surprised me after reading so many horror stories with just about every moving company I had looked into. I trusted Vega Line Moving the most because the Sales rep. that I talked to was really good at answering all my questions. They were truly professional and courteous. I recommend them to anyone who needs quality long distance movers.

I moved from Toronto to Vancouver with Vega Line. Great experience overall. The professional service, organization and courteous associates took the stress out of a stressful process. My belongings were well taken care of. Thanks again.

Once all my belongings were loaded onto their truck, they made me sign a NEW document that they never showed me before alleviating them from all responsibility. With this document, they essentially did whatever they wanted with your stuff. When I received my motorcycle, it was damaged everywhere. When I checked the odometer, I noticed that they actually DROVE MY MOTORCYCLE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and likely had an accident with it. It will cost me a quoted $4000 to repair these damaged and Vega Line offered me $150. They also damaged a bunch of other stuff. All boxes were damaged from them loading to much weight on them and other boxes had a bunch of oil stains. I picked these guys because their quote was the lowest but trust me when I say that it ended up being the most expensive. I've had previous experience with movers with no issue. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT PICK THESE GUYS.

I wanted to take this time to credit Vega Line Moving and Storage and especially Tim's 2 man crew. I will be recommending Vega to family and friends. If I need moving help again in the future, my first call will be to your company. Thanks again for making my Surrey move a great one.

The company lost my items and not tiny things but a big suitcase and a big box!! I moved from toronto to edmonton. Its looks like they are training their employees to make stuff disappear. I filed a compalint and their response was to offer me $75 for two missing items. Look for another this company is useless at eveyrthing !!!

We just moved from Coquitlam, Vancouver BC to Uxbridge, Toronto ON. Vega Lines had the best quote and the best communication along other companies. They were punctual, kind and careful about our stuff. Some of our belongings were loose as we didn't know how to pack them. The movers helped us with special packing material. Yesterday, on time everything arrived to our new home. And everything is in very good condition. They also emailed us saying we estimated our own weight a bit too much. When the truck went on the scale, it weighed lower than the quote so they are sending us a cheque for the balance. I recommend Vega Lines Moving Company to anyone with no hesitation.

This is the worst company I have never seen. we lost half of our belonging moving with them.we moved from Vancouver to Toronto and we were not able to have our winter clothes for a month.basically we could have die of cold because of their unreliability. .What is worst is that their customers service and their policies makes it impossible to get back any object of value you might loss.50 % percent of the time your belongings end up lost or damaged.It is not worth it.Even if the price is low.If you got lucky once with them you won't the next time.Consider another company with a good reputation and a customer service.What is worst is that this company has been receiving complain for years and nothing improved.People just keep losing valuable stuff over and over again. they are morally dishonest and inefficient as a company.No one could legitimately recommend a company who lost people stuff 50% of the time. I don't recommend this company to anyone.The sooner they stop the better for everyone. I know money is hard to earn but look for another company and forget this one. I don't recommend them and advise you to look elsewhere if you wanna keep your belonging.
