I Have Deluxe Alarm for the past 5 years and there are good. Good customer service too (thanks to Fara). Going for another 5 years. Keep up the good work !

Great friendly service, they also offer a wide range of services should you need other installations in your home. Amanda Powar specifically was very attentive to my needs as a new homeowner and made the transition to using an alarm service very easy! Would definitely recommend deluxe alarms to others.

Thank you Deluxe Alarms especially to Amanda for the outstanding customer service. Amanda was very polite, addressed all our concerns and was very accommodating to our requests. We appreciate how she would call us to follow up and remind us of our service appointments just to make sure that we didn't forget as well as to find out if its a good time for their technician to come in. Special thanks also to Conrad, the technician who came in to our house to do the installation of our central vacuum and garage door opener. He is also very polite and the quality of his work was just amazing. From the metal bars he installed to the screws, wiring, piping and the motors to make them all run. Everything was just precise, neat and clean. Overall, we are very happy with the service we received and would highly recommended them to our family and friends.

I now feel much safer moving into my new home; knowing that Deluxe Alarms watches over my property while I'm not home. This gives me that added peace of mind all home owners seek. Amanda's assistance made the registration process simple, quick and easy to understand.

Deluxe Alarms was very accomodating to us. We had an issue with our front door which had to be replaced and the alarm sensor had to be cut in the process. Deluxe alarms came back and re-installed a new sensor within 24 hours and they did it at no cost to us. We are extremely happy with the immediate response to our service request.

We recieived a call from our contractor that the new door was ready to be installed the next day. The only problem was we forgot to notify our alarm compant. I called and Melinda Luckasavitch in Customer Service promptly scheduled a technician to come to our home to install a "contact" on our new door for the very next day. Thanks Melinda dor the great customer service. We have been a satisfied customer for over 5 years!
