    Deluxe Alarms System

    We have used Deluxe Alarms System for the past 5 years and appreciate the feeling of security this company provides. They have always been very curteous and helpful. Melinda was so very understanding and helpful explaining things to me and I felt like I was talking to a friend. Silvana was very helpful in renewing my contract. I would recommend this company to others.

    Scheduling Alarm Installation

    I had recently called Deluxe Alarms to book an appointment for alarm installation. The customer service rep, Amanda Powar, was very helpful and accomodating as I needed the appointment on a certain date. She was very knowledgeable and explained the process including the duration and what to expect once the installer arrives. I am very happy with her helpfullness and would recommend friends to Deluxe for this reason.

    customer service

    I had a pleasant customer service experience with Amanda Powar at Deluxe Alarms, she was very professional and helpful. Do to our extremely busy schedule we had to cancel the alarm installation a few times; Amanda was able to accomodate the service hours everytime always showing great customer service and patience. I will definetly recommend Deluxe Alarms to my friends and family.

    Wireless alarm system

    I have had Deluxe Alarms alarm system for 5 years now and have been happy with their service I am now adding a wireless alarm system too that Fara Fathy recommended to make my house more secure and have more piece of mind.

    Deluxe Alarms

    My fiance and I recently purchased a new home with Edenbrook Homes and booked an appointment with Angela Gontier at Deluxe Alarms. She was very knowledgeable and explained all of our options thoroughly. She made us feel comfortable throughout the appointment and did not make us feel pressured to purchase anything. She explained the benefits of their alarm systems and provided wonderful suggestions to help us in our decision making process. I would definitely recommend Deluxe Alarms as their price is very competitive and Angela was a great help!

    i get service from deluxe alarm since 2005. they give me very good rate because i am using this service for long. i talk my problem i get with deluxe alarm because of changing phone company. amanda help me lot i really feel good with her service she really care my problem and that i like the most thanks a lot for your help. i tell to my friends and family about this help full service.

    Alarm System

    We just had a hard wired alarm system installed - no mess, no fuss, no unsightly wires... Installation was $1.00 and only monthly monitoring will be billed. .......! Customer Service was fast and replied to all my calls.....The added savings when combined with central vac was also a great bonus feature...I would recommend them to anyone looking for value and piece of mind...     Choose wiring and rough-ins for cable, central vac, garage opener and security system for our new home by Kaneff.

    We went in to choose wiring rough-in options, central vac, garage opener and security systems. The company had a lot of products and services to choose from and were very reasonably priced. The sales person, Jacqueline Lublin, was extremely knowledgeable and gave great suggestions and ideas, however we did feel slightly overwhelmed with some of the options so more detail into some of the options and technology could have been more helpful. Overall, we were impressed with the company, the choices available and the pricing.

    Customer Service

    Our new house came with an alarm system already installed, so we decided to give it a try. We signed our 2 year agreement and gave it a try. It was nice to see that someone would call back when my husband would sometimes set off the alarm by opening the back door for the animals thinking it was off. After our 2 years it was nice to see that our rates went down. I didnt like the fact that they kept instisting on a void check for direct deposit. I didnt like the fact that i couldnt pay them online or at a bank. I gave in sent a void check, it was charged once. Then I sent another void check this time with a different account number so that I could have more control incase my information fell into the wrong hands. They continued to try to bill the 1st account, I had informed the bank and blocked them. I recieved 2 threatening letters and finally a phone call. When I called them back i got a hold of Melinda, I explained that they have been given 2 different accounts and the reason the 2 payments didnt go through was they were usuing the wrong account. She explained that everytime they recieve a check they are to call and confirm. I had never heard from them when I sent either check in. It was only after the second month payment bounced that they decided to call me. I explained to her that the it was there mistake and that they should have used the current check cause i sent it for a reason, and if they saw two in the file and where unshure of which one to use they should have called before processing anything. Melinda would not admit they made a mistake, I had to send a new check in again stating that i wanted them to use this account. I still got charges NSF fees even thiough i sent the other check to them. Melinda did hook me up with a promotion to try to off set the NSF fee, which was very nice of her and all she could do as a customer service agent. Overall, i do like deluxe alarm they are a reasonable company who do montior your house and call when there is a alaram going off. I just wiosh there accounting department was more on the ball. Thanks Melinda for tryingt o help.

    Sale of Alarm System, Cable/Phone/Internet wiring, Garage Door and Central Vacuum Installation

    My fiancee and I have just purchased a home from Menkes Builders and Deluxe Alarms is the provider for the alarm system, cable, phone and internet wiring as well as the garage door and central vacuum installation. We had an appointment with Jackie Lublin with Deluxe Alarms, not only was she extrememly knowledgeable and helpful with our plans regarding our multimedia setup, she also provided cost savings alternatives that we did not think about on our own. She explained the benefits of an alarm system, and the features that Deluxe Alarms provide. She took her time with us and ensured that we understood the next steps with our purchases. I work in Sales and I was thoroughly impressed with her professionalism, product knowledge and her ability to relate to us and our needs. I would hire her in a heartbeat! She is an asset to Deluxe Alarms and I would refer Deluxe Alarms to my friends/family for all of your mulitmedia and security needs.
