Amada has been very helpfule and accommodating on my need i.e payment method and question on "How To". The Service hours provided by Deluxe Alarms Inc is flexible . The service experience is excellent , very fast in making decision with manager's input . Everyone in the company including the service staff is very professionals and easy to deal with . I recently wanted to add a switch for convenience in a work area and chose to go with Deluxe. Amanda Powar is the sales representative that I have been working with for the last year. We've been with Deluxe Alarms for over 2 yrs now. They were the company that my builder recommended and works with. They came and did all the wiring and installation to our 3400 sq ft home. I have to say they are fabulous! Recently, I was looking to installing a 2nd keypad for our home. And Melinda helped us with the appointment and answered all of our questions. Her service was phenomenal and I loved her prompt assistance! She even sent a follow up email summarizing our conversation. Additionally, the monitoring service it self is very reliable. One night our window opened (due to the thunder storm) and the alarm went off at 4:30am. We thought someone was breaking into our home but of course it wasn't. Deluxe Alarm monitoring service called us immediately and checked up on us to see if everything was okay. We haven't had to use the service until then but I was very happy that someone was watching out for us. Seriously, this company is one of the best alarm companies we used and I would definitely recommend it to my friends. Everyone on our street is using them and are very happy with them.
