Joe at SNAP PEST CONTROL has been a big help to me, a part time Landlord of an. I always feel like he takes time to listen to the details of my issue, then suggests and takes the most sensible steps for eliminating pests. I had tried myself to eliminate mice and bedbugs with some store products and internet tips but they returned. I called the professional and he put a stop to them without turning my tenant's apartments or life upside down. He allowed a convenient time for me, showed up at agreed time, and was courteous, professional and a pleasure to deal with. After calling around other companies and hiring others in the past I find SNAP to be best service and best value. It shows that Joe cares about doing a quality service and helping people with the unfortunate problem of unwanted guests. I have recommended SNAP PEST CONTROL but hope I won't have to call Joe again.

So Happy with his work! We've had recurring visitations from animals into our attic for the longest time. Joe did excellent work. He also sealed the entry points real good. He definitely knows what he is doing. He is also easy to get a hold of. We don't foresee any future problems but in the unlikely event, Joe will return to deal with them. We are so blessed.

I have used Joe's services a number of times over the years. This particular mouse problem exists in a house in rosedale. The mouse or mice must have gotten in during the lowering of the basement floor. The window that was missing was poorly boarded up during the work. Joe was able to accommodate me quickly. Joe was amazing. He was able to fit us in to his schedule. We had a wasp next burrowed in the front wall of our house where our car port/eves is attached. He removed the wasps, treated the area and said we could call back if the problem recurs over the next week. The problem did not. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very accommodating. Joe is professional, knowledgeable, thorough and honest We have squirrels problems on our roof, Joe did an exceptional job from thorough investigation to solution to prevent squirrels from coming back. He was friendly and efficient, and his price was reasonable as compared to his competitors. Joe was on time and very knowledgable in regards to our Wasp Problem. He took his time to make sure all the wasps were taking care of and took further time to complete preventative measures such that the issue wouldn't occur again. In total it took just over 2 hrs to complete everything and we are completely satisfied with the results. Would highly recommend Joe to anyone requiring wasp removal. I had noticed wasps flying in and out the side of the wall of our house. I called Joe after seeing the ratings on Homestars, I explained the situation and booked an appointment. It was raining on and off that day and I expected a cancellation. Instead Joe came and assessed the situation. He was very thorough in explaining the issue and what he was going to do and why he was going to do it. He was obviously very knowledgeable on wasps. The job took almost two hours as the wasp nest was quite large. He suctioned out the vast majority of the wasps prior to using insecticide. After a week only few stray dying wasps were to be found, since then no issues have been noticed. Thanks Joe.
