Joe of Snap Pest Control was recommended to me by my real estate agent, who told me he is her go-to person for herself and her clients. I have been dealing with mice (downtown Toronto!) and wasn't totally happy with the service I was getting from another company. I am so glad I switched! Joe came with his many years of experience and a camera, which he snaked into the most improbably nooks and crannies. He thoroughly investigated and treated my house, and threw in a few courtesy follow up visits. It's been about a year and the problem is now totally under control. He's an evil genius (if you're a mouse).

My home has mice problem. Tried to resolve by myself by using trap, stickers bought from stores but none of these worked. I called Joe, booked a appointment quickly. He came 2 days after. Joe spent a solid 2 hours to thoroughly exam the inside and outside of my home and finally locate the place when mice came into the house. Joe fixed the issue and then put baits in ceiling of basement and electrical panel box. After that, I checked every week, I can see the baits were consumed by the mice. 6 weeks after, I can tell the majority of the mice were gone <no more dripping on basement kitchen counter and floor>. Joe came again today for follow-up visit, put some more baits. I am very satisfied by the service of Joe, strongly recommend to anyone has mice problem at home.

A number of houses in our neighborhood have had racoons access their attics. To be proactive, I called SNAP Pest Control to racoon proof my house. Joe came on time and provided excellent service. He explained what measures he was taking and why. He installed wire mesh in locations where racoons could access the attic and empty roof spaces. He also suggested further preventative strategies. I am very satisfied with the service provided.

Initially worked with snap pest control on a mice issue in the basement. Have had at least 5 companies over the past 15 years try to resolve it. His thorough work effort found where they were getting in, and his handy work stopped the entry. Next called them for wasp issue, came very quickly and helped to determine where the nest was. Dealt with the problem.

TL;DR. Hire Joe if you have pests. He cares and he spends time making sure they're gone. I've never met a better pest expert. And we live in an old house in Toronto that backs onto and alley.... Our second-story flat roof clearly had a yellow jacket wasp nest/infestation in it - we could see dozens of wasps flying in and out of it at any given moment and some of them manged to get into our house. I hired a well-known pest company to get rid of the nest, but after their visit the problem still persisted. And to be honest I wasn't hopeful given they spent approx 20mins start to finish working the job. It was after that experience I sought out an alternative pest expert to take on the job. Enter Joe. I liked my first call with him. He was empathetic, promised he would get rid of the wasps and as a small business owner, was committed to fulfilling that promise. Joe arrived as scheduled and spent 5 hours working to eliminate the nest. He vacuumed the wasps coming in and out of our roof and spent over an hour accessing their path and spreading pesticide to ensure the wasps were eradciated. I couldn't be happier with Joe's work and his professionalism. Hire Joe if you want to get rid of your pests. Full stop.
