Thank you so much for making something so unpleasant a way to meet nice people who care about the job and the people they are doing a service for. YOu guys were great, you got the job done even though they tenaciously kept chewing new holes in the roof, you kept coming back till you foiled those little varmints!

With winter setting in we had a sudden surge of mice into the house. Joe found the problem areas and entry points and sealed them off and set bait and poison to eliminate the problem. Once the bulk of the infestation was gone there appeared to be one rogue mouse still running around the house and Joe was back to make sure it was gone too! Great service, good people. I'd highly recommend them!

Called Snap Control and was provided with thorough information about the problem and given solution over the phone. Joe was very knowledgeable about termites and his price was very competative. Work was done quickly, efficiently and very professionally. The site was left clean after work was completed.

We had never dealt with exterminators before so we didn't know what to expect. Happily, Joe Bruno and his reassuring manner and exceptional communication skills brought calm to an otherwise tense situation. (nothing screams 'end of civilation' like finding bugs in your bed!) He and his colleague arrived on time and in fact accommodated our very busy schedule and my daughters, who were home at the time of the extermination, said the exterminators were polite and efficient. Extremely thorough job; and no false promises. They're very respectful and non-obtrusive.. p.s. check that price again!a
