    Uninvited pests

    Not only did Joe come on a Sunday, he went over and above what I expected. He was very thorough with his exterior inspection and ensured that any vulnerable areas were sealed properly. When it became apparent that in order to inspect behind my stove; a specialized technician would be required to remove it because of a complicated down draft exhaust system, he agreed to wait for him to arrive. I only realized later that he had backed up his other appointment for the day, which made for a very long day. When the technician finally arrived he helped him remove the heavy slide in stove and then he installed the mesh where required and then helped to put it back! He could have easily passed on waiting for the tech guy and come back at another time. Instead he decided to help me during a very stressful situation and get back my piece of mind. I would highly recommend Snap!!

    Pest control

    I chose Snap Pest Control because of the high reviews and the fact that Joe took the time to respond to those who commented. I am so glad that I did. Joe took the time to check out everything thoroughly and identified where the mice were entering my house. He blocked their entrances and laid out the poison. He explained everything to me and then let me know that I should call him to return in about a month to check it out again. The mice are gone. Joe returned when I called and once again he took the time to check everything thoroughly and even made suggestions on what I could do to deal with the pavement ants on my patio. He provided excellent service and got the job done!

    Pest Control

    Joe and Dominic did a thorough inspection of my property and were honest and fair in their assessment of the work that needed to be done. They did an excellent job of removing an existing pair of stairs leading into my backyard, sealing up entry points and installing a new set of stairs. The workmanship was excellent and the price was fair. They were very professional and pleasant and did the work in good time and as scheduled. I highly recommend this company!

    Thanks for the review. The issue was access and we simply had to remove the stairs in order to reach the area whereby I was certain that the pests were getting in. These stairs had seen better days and so it was time to remove them altogether. The stairs were removed along with debris at the bottom.Once removed we sealed up various areas with quarter inch mesh and cement. Limestone ( 3 bags ) and 1 foot paving stones ( 16 to be exact ) formed a new base. The stairs were constructed and we installed a new threshold, weather stripping ,and railing. The door was removed and cut to allow for the new thresh - hold. I guess you are wondering why a pest guy is building stairs ? Imagine how difficult it would be to have removed them and then subjected my client to having to find a suitable contractor to rebuild and finish them in this market . We did everything in one day and everybody was happy. That in itself makes me happy too.Joe

    Pest control mice

    Our house had mice, I called Joe from SNAP and he went to work. He explained to me in detail the work he was doing and was very through in the details, especially taking the time to make sure everything was done to his standards. I was very impressed with his work and professionalism. I would highly recommend SNAP

    Pest Control-Rats

    I have been using Joe Bruno for several years now and he is amazing to deal with-he is very knowledgeable, professional and very accommodating with what works with your schedule-he comes when he says he will and is very punctual....I would not hesitate to recommend Joe to anyone for their pest control needs-top notch service and a great person to deal with!

    Mice / Chipmunks

    Joe is amazing and I highly recommend him! Last year we had chipmunks in our garage and had a company (not Snap) come out to secure the space. This Spring we noticed that we had unwanted visitors in our garage again which we getting into the subfloor of our house. I called Joe and he came out to review the problem immediately. He did an incredibly thorough inspection of the entire house and garage inside and out and determined the issue. He came up with a plan and executed it to a T. He even removed and replaced some of the unsafe work the previous pest company had left last year and committed to coming back in two months and again in the Fall to ensure the work he had done was sufficient. Joe is personable, knowledgeable and very honest. I would recommend him to anyone who has a pest problem that needs resolving. Thank you Joe!

    Rat control

    Joe was super responsive to our call. He came within the day and did a thorough inspection of our home. We thought what we'd seen was a fat mouse. Joe was very knowledgeable and explained why he believed it was one or more rats. He explained our different options and was very generous with the amount of poison he gave us. (I know he was generous because I've used Orkin and another company before and felt like we were getting good bang for our buck, so to speak.) Would use him again.

    Squirrels

    Joe was quick to respond and very informative, going over the possible issues and fixes. He ended up putting one way door over the hole that the squirrels chewed/clawed in our roof. Pretty standard, however, what wasn't standard was that Joe was concerned about the weather and how it would affect the solution. He was very good in explaining the different scenarios. Reasonable price, pleasure to talk to. Overall great job. Would highly recommend

    Thanks for the review. The weather can always be an issue at this time of year. Installing a 1 way door which is water tight is important and materials need the correct temperature to adhere properly. It is reassuring to know that the squirrels are out for good.Joe

    Knowledge and great service

    Every home can get critters and mine's had a few. This year it was silverfish: a lot. The clincher was when they appeared on my roommates pillow. We called Joe of Snap Pest Control who came the next day and carefully sprayed all the crevices in the offending room. We really appreciated the fast service and the advice about what to do. It didn't take long but it's made us feel a lot better. And we haven't seen any more silverfish!

    Thanks for the review. I used a slow release micro encapsulate on the silverfish and hit the cracks and crevices accordingly. With some well directed exclusion work the home should be silverfish free in no time.Joe

    mice

    I went with Snap Peat control because of his reviews and I'm glad I did. Joe took the time to find any and all mouse entry points to our new resale house. This was a long process do to the size of the house but Joe took his time and was diligent to find all entry points. Joe spent a good 3 hours in this process to find and seal all entry points. There was evidence of a previous companys mouse services but they overlooked many of the entry points that Joe found and sealed. I highly recommend and Joe and Snap Pest Control he is a stand up guy and will do a great job.

    Thanks for your review. I have been doing a lot of mice jobs lately and particularly resale homes. Usually a new homeowner can expect mouse issues to occur 1 to 3 months after moving in . Mice need time to adjust to their changed environment and will adapt accordingly. A mouse or mice will learn when a home is quiet, explore their new surroundings for better food resources, and relocate to find safer nesting sites .This particular house had a variety of differing bait stations and exclusion efforts which were not remotely any where near areas conducive to mice entry. The job itself took some time and I am not quite finished as I have 2 more follow ups to conduct but we are on the right track to getting the home rodent free for good.
