I had wasps living in my brick and Joe was great, came on time as promised and took care of them. I appreciated the thoughtfulness he brought to the work.

Joe is absolutely the best! I have used his services over the last 6 years to help remove squirrels from the attic, control ants, wasp nest removal etc. He is always ready to help with a great smile and excellent service. His services are very reasonable as well.

Joe from Snap Pest Control is the absolute best! My husband and I moved into our new home and immediately dealt with 2 basement floods, which led to an ant infestation. I called Joe and he responded within the hour. Upon hearing how anxious I was to get the insect issue resolved, he rearranged his schedule and came to see me that day. He not only located the source of the infestation and sprayed our basement thoroughly and completely, he also walked the perimeter of our home and pointed out a few areas where insects could be entering our home. Joe caulked the areas he could and returned 2 weeks later for a subsequent spray that I asked for, and to seal up our basement windows as an extra precaution at no extra charge. We havent seen 1 live bug in the basement since, fingers crossed it remains that way! I would highly, highly recommend Joe and his services - He is a true professional, has reasonable rates and offers unparalleled customer service.

Joe is a very kind diligent person . I had a bee hive in the ceiling of the front door. The bees were going into the house . He squeezed my appointment within the same day I called him. He used vaccum, and spray pesticide. A few months later once the bees were all dead, he came in and sealed the ceiling entrance with silicons so that bees don’t return next year ( he came over the second time with no charge) . Really satisfied with his service .
