Grand Alarms were a pleasure to deal with. Our customer service representative Amanda Powar was professional and informative. We bought a new home, and alarm rough-in was completed before we even closed on the house. Appointment for final hook-up, central vac and phone jack connection were made before close as well, with work scheduled the day after close! So easy and convenient.

Service has been great. Sylvana Russo was great to work with, got an excellant renewal rate. Equipment seems to work fine. No issues in the past, and expecting great service to continue.

Hello Everybody, This is Reena Patel, I am having Home monitoring system with Grand Alarms since october 2010. I am very happy with the service. This is very essencial service for our homes nowadays. Always when I have called the service station, the customer service is excellent and I had no problems with the service till now. The most important thing in this service is monitoring our home for 24/7. And whenever by mistake the alarm is rung the monitoring station has called us immediately. Oveeall we are very happy with the service.

The representitave lady named Mary was very helpful and acomadating. She made my experiance with Grand Alarms very pleasent. I was in and out of the meeting within and hour and a half and was satisfied with the service.

People at Alarm Gaurd are helpful. especially Jaqueline who is knowledgeable and give us ideas to set up alarm system and speakers. Amanda who takes care of our account is very pleasant lady and always come up with good deals so that it is not difficult for us to opt services.

Excellent services and also your Amanda Powar(assising staff) helping with product and system I have laso refered your company to my relatives named Bhupendra Mistry and he like your alar security performance very well.

Our builder could not have teamed up with a better company than Grand Alarms for our wiring, home alarm system, and TV set-up needs. We met with Angie Gontier, our wiring consultant, who helped us plan out our new house. We really lucked out with Angie because she completely exceeded our expectations. She went through everything in great detail, discussed all of our options with us, happily answered all of our questions, and never pressured us into anything we weren't comfortable with. Overall, great experience. I would definitely work with Angie and Grand Alarms again.

We just moved from crowded Toronto to a nice small town. It's a new place for us and there is a total new house waiting for us. We are happy and busy with the new home, and a new born. At the first couple of months ,life seems like fighting everyday. We find Grand Alarm from our builder and go with it at the first visit. We met Amanda at the Grand Alarm's office. She is so nice and helpful. This experience makes me feel very comfortable. Later, I don’t have time to answer the phone and tried to call them back because I have to take care of the baby all the time.And,I have to canceled and rescheduled some appointments for some reason. Every time I called, Amanda was really patient. We lived in a secured home which we paid for ,but I have to say the customer service we got from Grand Alarm is extremely good value.

My husband & I want to thank Bev for his excellent customer service that was extended to us. He understands safety is very important to his customers. We are very happy and pleased how he handled things. Great personality and attitude we are pleased. Christine & Douglas Hamilton
