Grand Alarms is the company that installed my Alarm System and My Garage Door Opener. They are an amazing company to do business with. Amanda Powar is an amazing person to take care of all the installation set up. She was very helpfull and patient. I called her last week for help with my garage door remote and after almost 4 years she remembered me right away. Now that is customer service at it's best. She was able to resolve my problem. I had the pleasure with speaking with Silvana Russo of Grand Alarms on Aug. 6, 2011. My contract is up for renewal and when I asked for possible options, she offered me a friendly, customer-orented, "offer that cannot be refused" renewal option. I don't even have to think about her new offer; I didn't hesitate and renewed on the spot. On top of that, she entertained all my questions and answered all of them to my satisfaction. We have been thoroughly pleased with the friendly, personable and high quality home security protection service provided by GRAND ALARMS. Absolutely everyone we have dealt with - from the first phone inquiry to technical installation to the first accidental alarm set-off and monitoring station call to vacation notification calls - has been most knowledgable and truly helpful. I just phoned the company re some account modifications and spoke with Sherisse Prescott. No problem at all - the changes were made right away. When I happened to mention during our conversation that our primary concern was personal safety, Sherisse let me know me about the additional options provided as part of their service package that I need only to ask for, no extra charge. Consistently top-notch service, together with a security system that fully meets our needs!

I have worked with Bav at Grand Alarms to set up our new home with a Grand Alarm system. He was very informative, courtious and supportive. We have not had an alarm system in the past and we feel that this is a good investment in your families safety. The Grand system offers a great security monitoring system, great add on options at a reasonable price. thank you to Bav and grand alarms.

My experience with Grand Alarms has been an extremely positive one. Leo was the salesman who came to give me an assessment, he was very charming, yet professional. At one point, my daughter messed up on the keypad, which caused the siren to go off continuously. After speaking to a couple technicians/engineers who tried to troubleshoot over the phone, the issue still could not be resolved. I was instructed to unplug the adaptor and disable the siren. An appointment was also set up for a technician to come on the next day. As it turned out, the technician was unable to fix the issue, due to a malfunction of the cellular backup unit. He was really apologetic and promptly arranged for it to be completely replaced. Everything was done at zero cost to me. Yesterday, I called to inform that my bank information had been changed, as well as to settle outstanding invoice. Melinda Luckasavitch was possibly the best customer service representative whom I had the pleasure of speaking to. She was very efficient, polite and informative. She assisted me swiftly, and within minutes my requests were completed. I am an extremely satisfied customer who have and will continue to spread the good word about Grand Alarms!

Mary Spadafina walked us through the many services the company offers. She was very knowledgeable and there were no "hard sell" tactics; we felt we got a fair deal for the services being provided.

I recently purchased a new home and wanted information on getting a alarm system. I met with Angela Gontier from Grand Alarms. She was very helpful and answred all my questions reagarding the alarm system, garage door opener.exc She was very knowlegable and very friendly. I dealt with Amanda Powar who was very courteous, professional and patient with me. I bought a new home a year ago and purchase the home alarm service. By the time I finally moved in I had forgot that I even purchase the service! Amanda was on top of her game, she called me a week after I moved in. When didn’t have my phone line set up and promised to call back within a week, I was so busy that I forgot to call her; she in turn called me within two weeks to see if I was ready to go. When the technician came out to install the service it was a smooth period! Thank you Amanda for your time and continued patience!!!

I went through purchasing my new house's alarm system from Grand Alarms and it was a great experience. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. As an example, the representative I dealt with always made time between her appointments to see me when I dropped in for quick updates. Top notch customer service. They helped me out a lot with good honest suggestions. Their prices are also very reasonable. Their technology is top notch. Best thing I liked about Grand Alarms is that if they feel that you don't need one of their products, they let you know rather than have you buy it. I am very satisfied with Grand Alarms and would highly recommend them.
