    home alarm system

    As a Grand Alarms customer for over nine years I can say that I’ve been more than satisfied with the service and have had no complaints. We've experience the fast and efficient customer service from Grand Alarms and its representatives. Melinda is a great representative of the company who has been very helpful in taking time to explain the details of the service. She is very knowledgeable and patient[. I would recommend Grand Alarms to anyone looking for personal and professional security system. I am happy that I chose Grand Alarms to provide security service for my home.

    Grand Alarms Agreement Renewal

    My Grand Alarms Agreement was up for Renewal. I contacted Melinda at Grand Alarm and she offered several Renewal Promotional Offers to choose from and also explained the renewal terms and conditions. After discussing the Offers with my family we decided to renew the home security system with Grand Alarms & have a Video Intercom installed at our home within a couple of days. The Alarm technician (Kevin) was on time and knowledgeable about his trade. He installed the system and did a complete system checkup. Melinda also confirmed that Grand Alarms has a Referral (Loyalty) Program & we are happy to recommend Grand Alarms to our family & friends.

    Home Security Alarm

    We bought a new house in a new growing community at Richmond Hill. Our main concern was how we will protect our house. Our builder has refer to the Grand Alarm. Before discussing with Grand Alarm we tried to understand how home security will work for our new home. Finally we satisfied what they said to us. We are using Grand Alarm more than one year. They always follow up and monitor whats going on at my home. Providing a good quality service always. I would like to thank to couple of persons they are Ms. Amanda, Mr. Raj, very helpful and knowledgeable. They help us a lot whatever I asked them regarding my alarm. Less price quality service always.

    Grand Alarm

    As an existing ADT customer, I must say that Grand Alarrm has by far exceeded my expectations right form the beginning with their very professional and committed team. From Leo (Sales Representative), to Murray (Alarm Technician) to Melinda (Customer Service Representative). All have been extremely helpful and resourceful in servicing my home!     ALARM SYSTEM

    I BOUGHT A NEW HOUSE IN NOVEMBER OF 20AND ALARMS INT10 AND HAD BAV FROM GRAND ALARM INSTALL MY HOME SECURITY SYSTEM. IT WORKS LIKE A DREAMAND I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. THANKS BAV KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

    Alarm Installation

    Amanda from Grand Alarms contacted me on having their installers come to my brand new home and install my alarm system. Workmanship was very outstanding and customer service skills from the installers was very proffesional. They were in and out without any problems.. The work was done so quickly I was amazed. I want to thank Amanda and the installers for such proffesional work. Thank you.

    Set up the take over of an existing account

    I must say that this is the first home that I have purchased that had an alarm system. I have never had one before but always was curious. The customer service you experience is excellent and response time is extremely prompt. I spoke with Amanda Powar to set up my appointment and she was very helpful with regard to any and all questions I had.     Technical support to adjust the alarm for VoIP home phone

    Melinda was very kind and helpful in scheduling a technician to come to our home to adjust our VoIP Modem so that it will work with our Grand Alarms. We are very happy with the services we receive from Grand Alarms.

    Grand Alarm account issue

    I called Grand Alarrm this evening and spoke with Melinda Luckasavitch who was very patient & kind regarding an incident that occurred on my Grand Alarms Account. She quickly assessed the situation and offered a solution to remedy the situation effectively. I am very happy with the prompt services received from Grand Alarms & most important from Melinda. I came off the phone with a feeling of 100% satifisfaction. One phone call cleared up my issue. I would recommend to my family & friends Regards Andrea

    Alarm System

    Hello, we were sold the alarm system for our new home by Mary Spadafina. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and made our experience great! We would highly recommend her for anyone needing an alarm system.
