I called to get a monitor certificate for a proof of the service I have contracted with Grand Alarm. I needed this certificate to prove that my home is protected to get an insurance quote.

Old alarm system was not communicating with station after Rogers came and did some work at the house. We spoke to grand alarm and they said that we could upgrade to a wireless system with no extra/upfront cost. The technician came and did his job quite efficiently, alarm works fine now. Thanks grand alarm.

I moved into a new home and was looking for a home alarm monitoring company. The previous owner used Grand Alarms, so I decided to give them a call. They made the process very easy, specifically Amanda has been a pleasure to deal with! The installation technician was also very informative and helpful. I would highly recommend Grand Alarms s their prices are also very reasonable in comparison with other companies.

I’ve been with Grand Alarms since 2005. And I must say I’m very pleased with the monitoring service that I receive from them since the beginning. If I ever have questions or concerns, they are always answered quickly. I recently upgraded to a better monitoring system which is really high tech, but yet really simple to understand. We love the new upgrade! Grand Alarms is growing fast and they still manage to provide the best Customer Service. I want to say thank you because I had the privilege of being helped by Amanda and Jason. They definitely have gone above and beyond to meet my Alarm needs.

The install technician is very professional He installed extra plug in my basement. He showed me how to use the equipment and everything works amazing! It's much quieter than I thought. Great product! Great service!
