Had no choice, builder said only they could do the wirring. The most rude and direspectful people you could work with. Considering egging their building...it was that bad of an experience. There installation guys is a joke.

You were very informative and discussed things that my wife and I never even thought of....Being in the service industry myself, I understand the importance of great customer service and letting others know - We met with several of your competitors, however none came close in any aspect. I compared all alarm companies including Rogers and ADT and must recommend Grand Alarms. Service was amazing, (Amanda) and they walked me through a price and hardware comparison. Even got thermostat.

I have been with Grand Alarms since I moved into my new house for over 9 years now. They kept their price the same and even offer extra discount when I renew my contract! The customer service is also excellent; especially sale agent Amanda who try her best to help me with the renew contract. I just renew the contract with the upgrade of new systems. Grand Alarms is the best so far. I have got many offered, but I still like to stay with this company. I strongly recommend Grand Alarms for your home secure alarm system.

My builder send me to this company to set my alarm and telephone lines and cables we meet Mary spadafina she is very friendly and nice lady . she handled everything professionally and give us best deal in town for alarm system. i will recommend all my friend and family to go see her she is awesome and very helpful

I was provided with all the needed information in a short time. She answered all my questions in a very polite and professional way and provided me with the best offer she could. Horrible Customer Service and too expensive for what little they offer. They are charging $40 for monitoring that should cost $15 per month. Grand Alarms claims that I must continue for three years because a contract was signed. When I asked for a copy they send me three pages signed by someone else at my office and with information missing. I suggest you try other companies....
