I have been using Grand Alarms for the past 6 years and i am really happy with their services. Last year i called in to renew my contract. Amanda Powar helped me with the renewal and explained to me all the different options available to my home. She is very knowledgeable on this field and helped me to choose the right product. I am very satisfied and happy with her customer service.

My husband and I met with Mary for our wiring appointment and she was very knowledgeable and informative. She was very helpful in making our selections, with lots of great tips and suggestions. It would have been helpful to have information upfront on how to prepare for the appointment as these are very big decisions to be making on the spot.

Grand alarm company installed security system. Vacuum system camera wiring. 3 year contract. Unfortunately I didn't research about this company I thought they are dealing with builder it must be a big & good company so that reason unfortunately I got all my needs from them. They sales person promised a lot but all was empty. Long story short. I have had several issues with all my services & product every time I call they say it is according to this to that so many other scues. They say I have to pay. Attention. I hope people be more careful I hope they don't go through what I have be through.

The person who introduced the products was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was very relaxed and answered all my questions with patience. She advised me in many things which I was not aware before. I learned lot of new technology available for my new home. It was great to see such a wonderful person who made my appointment so smoothly which I can not forget.

Overall it was a good experience. However, there were some defected products which they had to replace after the installation. I will recommend them to my friends and families as their service was amazing.

I was lucky to get Mary Spadafina to be my consultant in selecting all electrical outlets for my new home and pricing. This the second time we had a consulting session with her, she was our consultant when we purchased our present house. She is a true professional explain in detail, the prons and cons of every item and also different option. The total cost we spend was also reasonable. I would recommend her.

This is my first time purchase home alarm. My Adviser (Mary Spadafina) very helpful for me, and explained very well and she did a good job. I got a excellent service from homestars and also we like the products..

We wanted an alarm system for peace of mind since my husband leaves very early for work and I'm left alone sleeping in the house for several hours before I need to get up for work. Danson did our consultation. He listened to our concerns without pushing unnecessary add-ons on us. We have a multilevel townhome (4) so we got 2 door sensors, and 2 motion detectors on the floors in between to avoid adding a bunch of window sensors. The installation cost was waived for us. I forgot the name of the gentleman that did our installation but he was also very nice and professional, and gave us a say in where things like the keypad and alarm were placed. The system and monitoring are a great value and Grand Alarm already came recommended to us. I'd highly recommend them to others.
