I have been a grand alarms client since 2006 and have had much appreciation for the services they provide and conduct. What's more impressive is the follow up calls they provide to review your alarm needs and if there is any new innovative upgrades that can be done to your home. I can truly say I am proud to be a grand alarms client and can't wait to own my new home so I can have the most up to date alarm technology installed.

We purchased our new home in May 2012 and had the pleasure of meeting Mary Spadafina of Grand Alarms. She was very knowledgable and helpful in explaining things in great detail and she helped us tailor our security and system wiring to our specific needs. We highly recommend Mary without any hesitation to anyone who requires an excellent all round professional.Recently we had the need to contact Mary again and the professional that she is came to our rescue. We required to have the batteries changed in our Alarm Monitor Key Fob.We appreciated the prompt service we recieved. Thank You Mary have a wonderful Christmas. Leo did a good job of getting us the appropriate service but the installer left me less confident about the reliability of the equipment. Three weeks later two of the sensors aren't working and a tech isn't available until monday. Can't say i'm satisfied here,sorry. (Before this posted a tech showed up the same afternoon to fix everything, all good now)

I was helped by Danson Hui for my home alarm system. He worked out a package that was considerate of my house's needs and budget. I had a lot of questions regarding alarm service, and Danson answered them very thoroughly and patiently. I really appreciate how he was willing to meet with us in the evening when it was convenient for us after work hours. We plan to have a large German Sheppard, and we were also able to get specialized motion detectors that bypass large pets. I'm very pleased with his service and product recommendations, and have already referred a friend for Danson's consultation.

I was very pleased with the customer service provided to me by Mary Spadafina. She was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful to choose my requirements as per my budget. I felt very comfortable when making the selections.

I worked with Danson regarding upgrading my home alarm system. I was able to negotiate a very good deal since I had some hardware already installed. I was able to get a touch screen panel and GSM device for a very reasonable monthly fee. I did have to do a contract but I am fine with that since we are able to take the alarm system with us if we move at no additional charge. Installation went well and the installer explained everything he was doing. So far the alarm has gone off once and I was contacted immediately about it. While I have only had the service for a short period of time, everything has been working great so far.

We are new to the Richmond Hill area and were looking for an alarm service provider. We met with three different service providers but were most impressed with Grand Alarms. Their represenative, Danson, was professional and answered all our questions. We had issues with our last provider and had some tough questions for Danson. What he was not able to answer he took back to the office and was then able to provide the information we needed and answered the questions to our satisfaction. Additionally, they were able to utilize the alarm system that was already in our house and set the system quickly and professionally. We are happy we chose Grand Alarms!

As I moved into a new home, my first priority was secure my family and ensure we all are safe. I called Grand Alarms, Leo came out to my house and analyzed what was required. He was very experienced and made recommendations. I felt comfortable very quickly with Leo as he made the order and took extra attention that I was getting what was required. Right from the start to installation I dealt with professionals who prioritized customer care. I would recommend Grand Alarms, be sure to ask for Leo.

I was very pleased with the customer service that I had received from Melinda of Grand Alarms. Melinda is very knowledgeable, pleasant, and she is also a great listener. I had an issue and she was able to resolve it in a relatively short time frame.
