Hi, today I spoke to Sherisse and she was very helpful to my questions. She outlined clearly the services that Grand Alarms provide and to what is included in our monthly rate. Grand Alarms is very cost effective and they provide outstanding service. Whenever there has been an issue, the security agents are very quick to respond. We just recently had some service to install a GSM and wireless unit and the technician was very punctual and knowledgeable. We feel very safe and secure knowing that our home is being monitored by Grand Alarms. We definitely have recommended and will continue to recommend Grand Alarms to our family and friends.

Grand Alarms has done such a fantastic job by connecting our home to a user-friendly keypad and adding the benefit of going wireless, with full control of our system via phone app. Grand Alarms also hooked up a brand new central vacuum system which has exceeding our expectations. The staff at Grand Alarms came through with their install dates and the entire process was flawless from start to finish. We couldn't be happier.
