I bought a brand new home to which I was moving into on my own. As a young female I wanted to take all the precautions of making my home and environment safe and comfortable. When I spoke to the representative, Amy, she was able to provide me with a solution for all of the areas I felt were an issue with me, security wise. My windows and doors were covered and there are motion detectors in the home as well. Now when I move in, I will feel completely safe and be able to enjoy my first home. Thank you.

I did lots of research to find the right provider. I moved to a new home in Milton and after careful consideration I decided to choose Grand Alarm because of its good reviews here at homestars. Their staff were very helpful. I spoke over the phone with Amanda who helped coordinating the appointment. The installation was free of charge and included an extra control panel because I have two access doors. They explained me how to use the system and how to contact the alarm monitoring centre. A good bonus is that Hasan is also fluently in Spanish. This helped us gain a better understanding of how these complex appliances work. That's something it will make me recommend him to family and friends whose first language is Spanish.

Grand Alarm provides efficient monitoring service and they are quite cooperative and flexible enough to work with their customers to address special situations. I have had positive interaction with Fara Fathy, an employee of Grand Alarms, in proactively resolving my issues on time. I would recommend this company based on good customer service rendered.

Our experience with Grand Alarm has been top-notch thus far. Tina Mah our representative, assisted us from the very beginning and provided valuable suggestions as to where to place our cable and telephone outlets. She was very friendly and was understanding towards any questions or concerns that we had. Tina is very polite, funny,and very professional & easy to get along with. Today I called Grand Alarms and had the pleasure of speaking with Melinda in Customer Service who was very helpful in answering my Grand Alarms account questions & followed up with an email within minutes.

I highly recommend Home Alarms to anyone looking for a home security system and monitoring at a reasonable price. Their customer service is curteous, friendly and very helpful. When I called their office to renew my contract, they offered a great renewal rate, and also offered a free battery replacement for the keypad panel. Even if I moved, I would continue using Grand Alarms to monitor my home!
