    Grand Alarm

    Grand Alarm already had a deal with the builder in my area. My experience was great as everything was installed and ready to go immediately. Also the monthly rate is much lower then the others. We checked.

    New Homes Alarm Installation

    Our appointment with Grand Alarms for our new home alarm installation was excellent! The customer representative was very patient and provided the best suggestions to cater our need for our dream home. We got excellent deals and services, and we were very satisfied.

    Home Security

    I have spoke with Melinda in Customer Service and found that she has been helpful in explaining Grand Alarms's Renewal Option that will reduce our monthly Monitoring Costs and provide upgraded hardware which is the best method for Monitoring our Grand Alarms. When I purchased our new home 5 years ago Grand Alarm security came as a package and initially I was reluctant to have security due to bad past experiences with another security company in my previous home. However, for the last 6 years Grand Alarms service has been exellent. When the security Alarm gets activated accidently or real situations we know for sure Grand Alarms will immediatly contact us to see how they could help us and there is always peace of mind. Without any hesitation I would reccomend Grand Alarms to any one who are looking for a reliable service with very reasonable cost.

    Grand Alarms Security System

    Well, it’s been eight years since we moved to our 1st home. Since I work late shifts, my wife asked me to install a security home system so my wife and the kids can feel safe at night while I’m away. A friend of ours recommended “Grand Alarms Company”. Since then, we have been with them and we couldn’t be any happier, every time the siren comes on or we have a problem they call right away and they confirm with my wife and I, by asking for the password and other personal information. They do this to make sure everything is on the right track. This year our contract has finished and we wanted to shop around in the market for something that might be more convenient, upgraded and even better priced for us, but not without the persuasion of one of the best customer sales representative at ” Grand Alarm” Company, named Amanda Powar. She gave us her good service with the promotions and discount she offered us as valuable customers. Although she was sick, we ended up signing again with “Grand Alarm” and upgrading our security system with more valuable features; such as wireless with an unbeatable service and prices/discounts for another five years. Now every time we have a problem or a troubleshooting issue, we know we will deal with expert people that we can count on.     Grand Alarm

    Its great! I installed this in my new house and Im glad I did. Everyone should do this also. This is an awesome alarm system. I am happy with the monthly rate.

    Alarm system

    I went through purchasing my new house's alarm system from Grand Alarms and it was a great experience. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.I am very satisfied with Grand Alarms and would highly recommend them.

    Home alarm system

    I've been using them since 2008 and am happy with the monthly rate, clean installation, friendly and helpful technicians, and the service we receive when we call their hotline. We've had a few false alarms over the years, and they've always been quick to call us. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a home security system.

    Home Automation

    After purchasing our new home with Green Park, we were referred to grand alarms by Green Park so that the rest of the work regarding our new home automation can be processed. Upon entering the grand alarms we were greeted with warm welcomes and were offered coffee and tea, which I thought was very thoughtful considering our meeting was at 5:00 pm. The staff there is very friendly in general but for our meeting we meet up with Amy Lai who helped us and assisted us with everything that we needed so that we may have a home to our custom need. And when we wanted to come in at another time after the original meeting to change some stuff and layout of things with the new home, Amy welcomed us and stayed with us after her working hours just to ensure that everything was carefully done to our needs and made sure we were satisfied with everything. Great customer service from point A to Z and a pleasurable and pleasant experience :). Thank you Grand Alarms and thank you Amy Lai

    Grand Alarms Home Alarm Service

    Grand Alarms worked with our builder Green Park to install our home alarm service. The installation was done in two major stages. The first stage was pre-wiring. Grand Alarms did this in a day and it was accomplished at rough in. The second Stage of installation was to install the devices, program the system and hook it up to monitoring. Both stages of installation went smooth and the electrician gave us a quick demo on how to operate the alarm system. A few days later around Christmas holidays we changed our home phone service provider and the alarm stopped working and needed rewiring. We called our customer service rep Amanda Powar, she was very friendly and helpful. We were very surprised to see a technician come in on a boxing day to fix the alarm service. We would totally recommend Grand Alarms to our Friends and Family.
