Met with Angela at Grand Alarms who patiently discussed our Grand Alarms floor plans in detail and advised on the best location placements. Also spoke with Melinda in Customer Service who explained our Account in detail . i am really satisfied .

I recommend Grand Alarms to everyone, very knowledgeable people especially Amanda Powar who was very helpful throughout the whole process of our installation. The installer was very helpful as well and very neat.

As a first time home buyer, I want to make sure that after I move in, my home would be safe. The developer recommended Grand Alarm Ltd. I went to their office last summer and a representative was very thorough with their explanation of what they had to offer. They provided a wide variety of package for me to choose from to satisfy my personal needs. As the move-in date gets closer, I called for an installation appointment for the alarm system I previously purchased and Amanda was very helpful with all my inquiries and was able to let me know their current promotions. She was very patient with me as I had called her several times over a few days period and was able to relieve all my worries about what to do after the alarm system have been installed. I would highly recommend my family and any of my friends to go to Grand Alarm Ltd. for their homes.

I am with Grand Alarm for 11 years and during this time there was no problem with service. Silvana from Customer Service is always very knowledgeable and helpful. Any repairs or upgrades were done as agreed.

I spoke to Bav at Grand Alarms. They were amazing when we first installed our system, and Bav's service was beyond top notch - well done!!! I strongly recommend Grand Alarms to everyone.

Appreciate the help from Grand Alarms' very knowledgeable staff with technical advice before construction and help from their customer service team afterward especially from Amanda Powar whose zealous & unreserved support helped us solve issues arisen in final activation of all systems & cables. I recently had to renew my alarm system contract. I spoke with Melinda at Grand Alarms and she gave me some great options to choose from. We ended up with a lower price that we were currently paying and with a FREE video monitor. Melinda was a pleasure to deal with. She responded to her emails promptly and gave me her direct number to call her if I had any questions. I am very pleased with Grand Alarms service.

I am pleased to have dealt with the Grand Alarm company and there sales representative Mary. They explained everything to me with great detail and were very helpfull with questions and consernse i may have had.
