Melinda in Customer Service was helpful in explaining the options available to us if we choose not to have a Landline installed to Monitor our Alarm. Melinda was knowledgeable in explaining the options GSM Wireless or VoIP Internet, and she followed up with emails including VoIP Settings & requested that we call her when ready to schedule the technician to come to the house to adjust the Modem. thanks
