We are currently with Grand Alarms at our current home and we decided to use their services for our new home. Mary was our pre-wiring consultant and was very helpful and extremely patient with all our questions and concerns.

Melinda went above and beyond with her customer service. Her follow up was great, she made sure all my needs were taken care of. Her customer service could not of been any better. She is the reason I stayed with Grand Alarms.

I am fairly satisfied with Grand Alarm. Most satisfied - customer service response to queries or issues. Least satisfied - monitoring service on one occassion. After I called in an inadvertent triggering of my alarm, it took 5 minutes for anyone to respond and then the responder started to ask questions to identify my location rather than having that information available via the monitoring system.

Mary was our rep.: a fantastic, charasmatic & gregarious lady who was a true sales person. She understood our needs and although persistant when trying to sell some services, she was not a hard sell. We loved her jovial personality and were very pleased with the way she presented her services. This is our first time dealing with Grand alarms (a.k.a. Built In Technology) and although this is just the beginning, we are happy with their products and services.

I bought a new house and bought quite a few services with Grand Alarms Ltd., those serices include Alarm, central vacumm system, and garage opener. There representative, Amanda Powar. is very nice, professional. she is ready to help whenever I call her. The service is excellent, above all the cost is so attractive considerring the product. I stronly recommend the company.

For our new home we decided to go for home security system & central vacuum provided by Grand Alarms. Amanada was our customer support help in liasoning work to have the security sytem as also central vacuum installed at our new home. She was very efficient and helpful in making us fully understand how this will be done and patiently answered all our questions. We are very happy to have Grand Alarms security & central vacuum sytem in our home which was very efficiently installed and tested by Grand Alarms staff for its functioning. We are indeed very happy with our choice of Grand Alarms for our home for thes two products.

First, like 7 months ago, Tina from sales set up a meeting for my husband and I to let us know about our options with regards to our new home alarm system> She is very nice and cooperative on all our questions. Then before we move, I called again Tina for the set up of our alarm system, I left a message and she replyed back right away, giving me Amanda's number. I called Amanda Powar, she have schedules right away technician to go to the house on the day we wish to have them come. They are on time. very good service. Thanks for your help guys!!!
